We stopped for rootbeer. And while we got that, we found a gold mind of treats that you can not purchase anywhere else in New Braunfels!!!!! They have all the Mexican candy, Cheetos that have extra flavors we have never heard of, jerky that is spicy and has chili flavoring, and they sell Prime! The Gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and funny on top of everything else. The worst thing about this place is that when they close, the cops use it to trap speeders, by having their lights off. But the Customer Service and the wide variety of choices has made this our number one stop before heading home!!!!

This restaurant has Great Fried catfish. Portions are good size and prices are reasonable.

Fun and historic! The Ceviche with with extra thick tortilla chips was perfection. I topped it of with a key lime pie. So good. Warm and welcoming staff.

Our server was very friendly and kind. He was alone with our party which was about 60+ people. Incredible memory and able to handle the whole party. Impressed all around the food was amazing, the services was fantastic, everyone was pleased. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants comfort food and wants to feel welcomed.

The food was good, BUT they sat us up stairs at 2pm and it was very hot, to hot to have people sitting up there. The other table next to us was complaining as well. We asked the staff if there was anyway to turn the fans on and she said they did not work. My advice is that if you are going to eat there, you go when temps are cooler or late in the day.
