There is a reason this place has high reviews! These guys know there stuff and truly tried to help! They made getting my 2001 Malibu boat working again a better experience then any place would have. I will only go here from now on! Do your self a favor and take the time to go here if you want great service and people that know what the are doing.

The staff chatted it up with like 5 dudes at the counter and wouldn't cash me out. When I was like "hey can you cash me out" they said they were busy with other customers. If they were doing anything related to store business it'd l be different, but I just put my stuff down and walked out. Won't be back if they don't want me as a customer.

Troy, the owner, wouldnt return an item we purchased elsewhere. supposedly this is Napa policy. When I asked if it was Napa's policy he didnt answer, simply said he didn't care what Napa says. he was also talking bad about the owners of another nearby Napa store. We commented that we wouldn't be customers anymore and were calling corporate. A few mins went by and we're in our car and Troy is at our window wanting to know if we had something to say to him and acting like he was going to fight us. He said f*** you and telling us to leave. he was coming toward our car until we started to record him and he said for our social media butts to leave and wouldn't repeat the cuss words he was calling us. Unacceptable from a owner or anyone that is in the business world.

I keep coming back for the customer service. Came in for a brake rotor for a mid model year truck. I often have trouble with parts as the truck was a first month production and parts changes twice. I was given wrong rotor. Came back after Christmas and Alicia helped me out. She quickly identified the correct part, did the exchange and sent me on my way.

Gabriel is exceptionally amazing at his job! He is so helpful and kind enough to help me after hours! I really appreciate him and I hope he gets a raise! Don’t ever let go of him, there are not many customer service experts as good as him! I was very satisfied with my services and the help of Gabriel. Ask for him when you go there to get the most amazing expert experience!
