I am thankful for the care and support of the staff working 11/2/2024. Brandon & Kenny.
Here is why: After working a overnight shift in New Braunfels for Wurstfest, I was making my way home in my 2002 Chevy Suburban. The car suddenly stops and I was left in a bit of a pickle.
Unfamiliar with the area I originally walked over to Circle K thinking I would get some oil since my suburban was low, that did not pan out and I started my search for somewhere else.
Walking along the sidewalks and the highway, I finally reached the shop. Brandon & Kenny both helped assist me. We all got to talking and I explained my situation. Brandon went above and beyond and helped me get back out to my car. After putting the oil in and messing around with the vehicle, we came to find out it was my crank sensor being completely shot. It was the original part.
Brandon and Kenny helped by finding the sensor in their shop, and allowed me to work to replace it. The guys really went above and beyond to ensure I made it back home to San Antonio safely.
Thank you once again Brandon & Kenny. You assistance is greatly appreciated.

Not sure why this store advertises Hydrolic hoses but they never have the parts to make one.

We lost power to our headlights and kept blowing fuses. We found this NAPA store on the feeder road of I-35. It was a Sunday and we were so glad it was open.Brandon who was the guy who assisted us in the store was fantastic. He saved us $209 - he looked at the light switch we had and said he didn’t think that was the problem. He felt it was a fuse or a short in the line somewhere.We bought fuses.He suggested a campground where he was staying. He also said that on his day off, he’d be willing to come by and take a look.Brandon went above and beyond and we are grateful for him!My husband found another fuse panel the next day and replaced blown fuses except for one. We texted Brandon at NAPA and he said he’d bring one by after work. Now that really is amazing customer service!!!You rock, Brandon!
