Helen at NB nails is an angel! She has done my nails for over a year now. I’ve visited this salon since I was a little girl. Service is consistent, they offer complimentary drinks, staff are welcoming. Helen is an amazing tech that pays close attention to detail. I have never been disappointed with my nails. She’s great!

went to NB Nails to fix my previous nails that didn’t turn out the way I imagined, they willingly took me in and were so kind! Definitely recommend!! (and super fast aswell)

I got a full set of normal black nails and the after results were amazing.I love them. They were very nice and their bathroom was clean . 🫶

Me and my girlfriends went to get pedicures and I will say it was not a great or even a good experience. First we get to our chairs and sit down, they start our pedicures without even asking us which one we wanted, we had to ask twice for the menu. Only one of my girlfriends was asked if they wanted something to drink. Although we all got the same pedi per their menu our pedis all had different steps. My girlfriend was in pain as the employee was digging in her toenail to the point it is now infected. Her employee forgot to even scrub one of her heels. My employee was quick and also aggressive while scrubbing my feet and my massage was awful. I had to ask her to repaint my toe 3 times because it was bubbly and streaky. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Save yourself the pain and 40.00 and go somewhere else. Also the floors were dirty with stuff stored up behind all the chairs.

I love NB Nails. Quyen is the absolute best and she is the one I really trust and I am always sure that my nails will be amazing. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and my nails are always perfect. I wouldn’t go to anyone else except Quyen and NB Nails. They’re the best !

So unprofessional 👎👎👎👎. Called to make an appointment and was asked to go since they had the availability. When I get there they asked me to wait and when I ask them how long they tell me an hour and a half and on top of that made up their own story saying they thought I was their old client and went there for something else after make it clear over the phone what I wanted to get done. Don't recommend this place

I came in to get a full set removal on my toes. There was no soak off the guy used nail tips to remove the full set of nails, that is the lazy way. Also the workers who are not working are sitting in the pedicure chairs with their bare feet on the seats. They get up with out sanitizing the chairs and let customers sit there. That is gross,

I've never had such bad service!! The Salon I was going to is in the process of relocating so I tried NB. I always get the dipped nail color. Usually they last at least 3 weeks. Before the first week. After going here, the polish on one nail cracked before the first week. I went back. They replaced the one and but top cost on the others. The top coat immediately started peeling off. It is now the second week after and yet another nail is braking

I decided to try out NB Nails today because my original nail salon was closed. Boy! I should have waited for my salon to open! I got a gel mani and was in and out in 30 minutes. It normally takes a minimum of 45 minutes. I asked the nail tech not to use the drill on my nails and he did anyway. He pulled dirty tools out of a plastic box. They weren't sterilized at all! He didn't cut my cuticles. My nails are filed unevenly and he didn't even paint my entire nail. The nail polish is see through and a completely different color from the swatch. I expressed my concerns nicely, but there was an obvious language barrier because all he did was smile and nod. I was quoted $35 and when I went up to pay, it was $40. When I questioned the additional $5 charge, they said they had to take off my existing no chip polish. Since when is that not included in the price? I have never in my 10+ years of getting a no chip manicure been charged a removal fee... I expressed all of my concerns, nicely, to the woman who took my payment and all I got was a smile and she said, "see you next time". I said there will be no next time... On their door, it says satisfaction guaranteed. I was definitely not satisfied. I will definitely not be returning to NB Nails... what a rip off....
