“I had my broken screen replaced at another phone repair store located in Walmart. Finally got the screen replaced but the next day discovered that the camera no longer worked. Took it back and was given excuses about having to wait 1 to 3 months for the phone to update. (had many other issues at that location as well!) Went to phone Geeks and they took the phone apart and discovered that the camera had not been connected during the screen replacement. Phone Geeks is definitely my phone repair store from now on. Great customer service! Wish I had gone there first!”

I had previously gone to just about every other T-Mobile store in the area not being helped at all, and given completely different answers by all stores. I took one last chance and made a bit of a trip to this location. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE! Kind and helpful while also being straightforward and clear. My situation was a bit of a tough one, but it was completely handled in the end all thanks to Miss Isabella. She legit sat on T-Mobile support line getting everything handled for me for about 30 minutes. I felt listened to and understood. Because of Miss Isabella and her amazing service, I will be coming to this specific store if I ever need any help again. THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS ISABELLA! “Excellent service. Already had wireless and fiber. We needed internet at our new home and they helped with getting us connected, but we also needed internet at the satellite location we have to stay at for one for a few moths. Seamless transition from our old place to the new and helped connect us for our new home. No hassle, just ask and recieve perfect service.”

“Brandon and CPR are AMAZING! I made an appointment bc I thought I cracked the back camera on my iPhone. He called to confirm my appointment and told me not to worry about coming in, let me know that he would order the part, and I could come in after he received it, saving me a trip. When I got there, he found that the crack didn’t go through the cheap protector I had on it, so he didn’t even need to do the repair. I offered to pay a restocking fee for the part he ordered and he told me not to worry about it. Of course I hope I don’t break my phone, but if I do, I’m definitely coming back to Brandon at CPR bc it’s rare to find a business that not only delivers on their services, but also takes care of people when the services end up not being needed!”
