Went to their Flores location and everyone was very nice and friendly ? I took my pitbull for a rash he had and they were amazing about breaking down the problem and how we could fix it, will be going back again!!

From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite and helpful and made my nervous baby, feel welcomed and safe. She’s normally shaking out her boots at the vet, but look at this sweet, happy girl! Everyone from the vet techs, to the vet himself, handled Daisy with care. Not to mention, it was very affordable. I will definitely be taking Daisy here from now on!

If you haven't been to MPC Veterinary Care, you are missing out. I have used their Mobile Clinic for over 5 years for my animals. I was very happy when they also opened up their Veterinary practice on DeZavala. It's a family owned veterinary. You are treated like family. Chris helped me out at the front desk. He's awesome with customer service in person and as well on the phone. Shelly took me back with my dog to check him out before the doctor would see him. She went over his paper work and answered any questions I had about my dog. Dr. Hunter Pinney, is a wonderful doctor. I felt very comfortable talking and asking questions. I also went with my cat the month before. Brian was the one who took me back with my cat. He is very knowledgeable about cats. This was the first time my cat has been to a vet. I didn't know how my cat would act. The staff was great with him. All my concerns were answered by Brian and Dr. Hunter Pinney. Thank you staff for making me feel like family and being comfortable asking questions. I would highly recommend taking your pets here. It's very affordable and they will work with you.

This was my first visit for my cat, who is 14yrs. old and hates vet visits with a passion. This was the very first time my cat did not hiss or yowl. He did not complain at all. I’m thinking the environment and no vet smells really helped. The doctors were excellent and quite calming for my cat. The service and experience was wonderful. The doctor diagnosed my cat and got us medicine for him in record time. I will definitely talk this clinic up to all my friends and recommend these vets to all I know. Thank you so much.

MPC is truly a gem. Dr. Pinney and his staff have been helping our dogs for the past 8 years. They genuinely care about our dog's health, provide stellar care, all without tacking on unnecessary tests or fees. They are good people with good hearts.

They can improve by not hiring staff who are completely rude. Went to them because I heard really nice things about them and I was completely wrong. The guy who helped me out was talking to me like I was stupid or something. Word of advice, good customer service doesn't mean you talk to them like they are idiots or like they are a bad pet owner.
