The dude in the office was Extremely unprofessional upon arrival, I really wasn’t greeted, & he was still turning on his computer (7:45am they open at 7) didn’t mention at all that a “diagnostic” would cost $175 when I left my car there. I asked if they could work with me on that $175 when I arrived a couple hours later to pick up my car since I was already in a bad spot, wasn’t informed of pricing & apparently needed a brand new engine/ tire. He said no and that was the best price in town which was crazy because it’s absolutely not. Mercades Benz doesn’t even charge that much for diagnostic. I wasn’t going to argue, I just paid it and left. I felt like a complete inconvenience. I will say there was a girl I chatted with on the phone that was kind & helpful, but there are much better places to take your vehicle…ESPECIALLY, if you’re big on customer service.

MKT saved us. Battery died from Austin to San Antonio, and they were able to swap out our battery on a Saturday afternoon. Very friendly folks.

I limped my Jeep into MKT with a cylinder misfire, with no appointment; Matt, David and their team did their best to expedite diagnosing the Jeep, and called me with an update the next day. They got the parts in quickly, however, there was an issue with extracting the failed part. David kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to MKT Garage and their team for hard work and putting in the extra efforts!

I hadn't met Matt and his crew until my daughter broke down off of 35 at 7pm at night! He came out and did a patch job to his shop vs waiting on the tow truck for hours and got it repaired by the following day! Service like that is rare!...unicorn rare. Thanks Matt for being our unicorn!

I took my car here after a recommendation from local auto parts stores and personal research. I came in with a noise I was hearing while driving and AC issues; AC issues were too costly to address, so I tackled the sound. They told me the sound I was hearing was from my control arms, however after the repairs the sound persisted and turns out the "forgot" to tell me the sound was actually my tires. They replaced both my control arms anyway since they claimed they were looking bad and all was fine. A month and a half later, I was in a different shop because one of my control arms was now missing a bolt holding it together and the parts in general were very loose. My car was stuck an hour away and I was trying to start a new job so it was very inconvenient. When asked if I could get some kind of refund or reimbursement for the work done from MKT, I was told to provide pictures, but what garage is going to take a picture of a missing bolt when even I can take a bolt out and take a picture. Unprofessional and not happy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the type of garage that gives every mechanic a dishonest reputation. They lied about the issue I had with my vehicle, charged me to fix something that didn't even fix the issue, and whatever bs they 'fixed' broke less than a month later. Take your business to a crackhead you met on FB and he'll do a better job than these thieves could do.
