Azam was very friendly right away. Ist time at this location. I'm a current costumer with metro pcs. My phone did get messed up. Wanted to upgrade. Azam was the worker today. He was very kind and very helpful. I let 2 other costumers go before me eventough I was there before them. He took care me right away. Super helpful. Highly recommend this location. Thanks.

I am happy with the phone company, Thank you ? plz be open on the first.why is my phone turned off when I payed early on September 29,cuz the first was on the Sunday? Messing with someone who is on Disability income.

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. MetroPcs has no customer service dept. Good Luck if you ever have an issue. Talked to them yesterday guy hangs up on me then has my phone line disconnected with a balance due. Now cannot reach back to customer service unless I pay. My bill is set to autopay and bill has been paid. Now no phone service for 2 days and cannot reach customer service anymore. He F’d my acct intentionally and Metro Pcs allows this by its employees. Go to a different carrier

Worst store ever. There were only 2 girls working. Instead of just denying my business she changed my plan then sent me on my way without any service before she denied my business.She wasn't even knowledgeable of all the services that they offer. No help at all only made matters worse.

I went into this Metro PCS store,it was the worst customer service I have had in 52 years. I've had the same number since bag phones was around. This location had two workers one being a district manager and she could not resolve my issue. Manager even said they hate customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This New Braunfels store is a franchise of Exclusive Trading. They recommended going to a corporate store. Being online with Corporate 8 times in this day getting hung up on 3 times and spending 5 hours with agents and port agents and didn't get a transfer pin is not acceptable. Any other metro besides this one there is 2 others in new Braunfels choose those this is terrible
