A place where I feel confident that my precious priceless belongings of that of my family and children are safe from theft or vandalism. The management there really know what they are doing when it comes to managing the facility. I have nothing but good things to say about it. And thank you for the peace of mind that I had while storing my belongings there.

Not a safe or secure facility! Please think twice before storing belongings at Memorial Self Storage in New Braunfels TX. Last month - July 16, 2023 (Sunday morning) our trailer was stolen along with numerous other people's property including a truck, other trailers, RV, and even broke into a storage unit with valuable things inside!. Our trailer was stolen on a Sunday Morning in broad daylight, and the thieves were able to make a double trip within the two hours of the evil thievery! Not only were the thieves able to make a double trip on that Sunday morning, but they were there stealing on the Thursday - July 13, 2023 before! The owner obviously did not secure the gate so this would not happen again. The thieves broke the chain on the automatic gate system and opened it manually. The gate to this day is not completely repaired! This is just complete negligence, and irresponsibility on the company's part! Memorial storage obviously does not care about their customers..This company did not even think to let the tenants know about the first break in - Just a heads up would've been nice. For example we have our new storage facility that we are now storing our RV that emails us about the increasing crime at storage facilities (for a heads up), and the gate is properly secured at our new facility! This is so sad and heartbreaking for the hard working people that had their belongings stolen that will probably never get back.. I would STAY out of this storage facility if you want to keep your belongings!The pictures are the thieves that broke into the facility.

The people who run this storage facility are very friendly and made the process of renting a storage until simple and easy :)

Yeah..no! They are the worst. Charged my card double once and was rude when they had to fix it. Then they bumped the late fees up from $20 a month to 90!? Increased my rent without notice as well. They are VERY rude. save yourself the frustration and rent anywhere but here!

Terrible storage facililty!!! Left me in a BIG bind. Said they would sign for corporate packages and then rejected a delivery!!!! Worst customer service ever! Some employee named David running the show, won't pass my complaint onto the owner, what a joke! Save yourself and DO NOT rent from here!!!!Doesn't deserve even 1 star!

Fair prices and not all the hoops to jump through. Would be more stars but our storage door doesn't stay up and that's annoying to say the least.
