I needed several sheets of 3/4" 8' x4' Plywood. Normally I head to Lowes, BUT then I'd have to find a way to get those sheets of Plywood back to the casa. Sure they will deliver it, but they will also charge you for delivery. The most cost effective approach by far was McCoy's in New Braunfels with their free delivery. Got it delivered the next day and Joshua my delivery guy was courteous, hardworking and wouldnt accept a tip, that he earned! Great experience over all and will make McCoys my first stop going forward.

Britton was the most helpful and knowledgeable hardware expert I’ve ever met. He helped us until we were able to find a working solution for our water cooling system. I don’t think anyone at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace is anywhere near as knowledgeable or helpful. The McCoys in New Braunfels is the only hardware or building supply store you should go to.

Always a great experience. Employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. From the second you walk in the door they are greeting you and ask if you need assistance with anything. With lumber these day you usually have to pick thru it at other places to find something semi decent. Here all the lumber is top notch. Even when ordering it to be delivered, the wood they deliver you is perfect. I couldn't pick out better wood myself.

This was a crazy visit, but they had me laughing and smiling before it was all over with. I went in for wood pellet bedding. Website said they had it. Got there, and it was almost comedic that multiple employees were wandering around, trying to locate the bags, scratching their heads. "We have that? " I had to pull up the website on my phone and read the cashier the SKU so she could look it up in the system. Multiple other employees came up to try to help, and they were just as confused. Finally, the manager said it's out front. So, off they went. Nope! Not out there. Into the back. Nope! "Maybe it's out there! " pointing to the far reaches of the parking lot. And off went the employees. I was standing by my vehicle, parked in the handicapped parking (legally), watching as they hiked across the lot and started digging thru the stacks of bags of soil, mulch, deer corn, etc. I see them each grab a bag, and start back toward the store. I holler that I'll move my vehicle to them so they don't have to lug the 40# bags across the parking lot in the 90°+ heat. They smiled and yelled back. "Nah, we got it! " They each (3 men) had a bag and loaded them in my van. Some light conversation about what I was using it for (I guess I don't look like the type that has horses? LOL) I explained that I use it for cat litter. I tell the manager that I used to get it at TSC, but they pissed me off, and I don't want to give them my money anymore. He laughed with me and said, "We're happy to have you! You know, with a larger purchase, we can deliver, too."
It took a while to find what I needed and actually get to purchase it and get it loaded, but I left there smiling and happy to have done business with them. I'll definitely be back!

Almost all of the windows we got through this store had seal failure. We have a warranty but the store is completely ghosting us on fulfilling that warranty. No one will return our calls and it's been months since we first contacted them about the issue. Do not buy anything from this company.

I normally don't leave reviews but this place is great. First time here and I just needed a handful of cedar wood pickets, 6 foot long, to repair my back fence. Gentleman at the counter found nine for me, paid inside, and then I picked them up outside. The experience here is much better than at Lowes or Home Depot. No need to go to the big box stores, this place has everything and people are better here, everyone was friendly and willing to help.

I had to eat a little much deserved humble pie this afternoon. After purchasing a large amount of 12 foot cedar deck board from Matt (very helpful and even called the supplier for me), I received an email from Ethan (their outside sales person) who informed me that he had to substitute some 14 foot boards for the 12 footers.
I assumed (incorrectly I might add) that he was giving me the same linear feet that I had paid for and, without reading the attached invoice that he sent in his email, I quickly replied with a "what for sonny..." message and ask for a refund.
Ethan kindly called me and asked if I had looked at the new invoice, in which he had actually substituted the 14 footers for the missing 12 footers at no additional cost. In all, Ethan showed a lot of grace which I did not deserve given the email I sent him.
The old saying that "the customer is always right" was certainly not true today.
Matt and Ethan, thank you both for all your help today and I will work to be a better customer to make up for it. -Sean

Was very surprised at the wonderful service. Was greeted several times and asked if I needed help by several employees. They helped me with my lumber order . I had a very pleasant experience at this store. Went back 2 times this week. Found a new place to shop.
