What an excellent experience buying a mattress. We were knew which one we wanted, but Sam, the manager, showed us other ones, explaining the differences. He is charming, personable, informative, and not at all a “salesman“. He assured us we had a four months’ price guarantee, which meant we could buy the mattress we wanted without waiting for a sale price. I was able to find a coupon, and he patiently waited for me to fill out the form and receive the coupon. Delivery was as soon as 2 days! Hoping the delivery goes as well.

I went in with my boyfriend to try and help him find a new mattress and base and left wanting to get a new mattress myself! Samuel was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all our questions. I have wanted a new bed for a while, but kept saying I have a decent enough bed because I thought it would be too daunting to buy a new one, but Samuel’s knowledge has me convinced I want to get a new bed as well!

Sam made the daunting process of buying a mattress easy. He really listened to both our needs. My husband and I didn't feel any pressure to buy right away but felt Sam was like talking to a family member. He really knows his mattresses.

We just went in to browse on what mattresses they had, never expected to buy anything. Sam greeted us with a warm smile and never hassled or pressured us on buying anything, he just asked if we had any questions. And of course we did. I was so impressed with the knowledge of information that Sam knew of the different products and seemed to key in
on what we were looking for and left with buying Tempur-Pedic Hybrid.. 10 Stars to Sam...
