Buying a home in today's market is tough. Doing it from 900 miles away is near impossible - unless you have an expert helping you who goes above and beyond at every turn. That was our experience with Mark Wolfington. His expertise, persistence, knowledge of the market, flexibility and patient, friendly attitude were invaluable. I worked with Gail Weeks throughout my home buying process. I found her through the marketplace on Facebook and reached out about a particular home. After I explained to her that I would be moving from Rhode Island to the area, she was more than willing to send me email alerts, photos, videos, etc. of homes I was interested in. She also sent me a video to introduce herself before I even made it down to Texas! I arrived in Texas on Dec. 23 and met with Gail on Dec. 26 to look at houses. I found my future home that day and on Dec. 27, I made my offer. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with or a smoother process throughout the whole buying phase! She also recommended a dog walker/sitter for me for when I have long days away. She also took the time to show me around New Braunfels as I am new to the area.
