I went back to Lotus after realizing I never should’ve left. I had Helen for the first time ever! I’ve always had Tony or Bii. Helen did exactly what I wanted and even gave some suggestions to make my nails look better. I’m so happy I went back. Never be afraid to tell them if your nail techs if you don’t like something. I’ve learned the hard way and feel bad if I do but as Helen said “how do we know if you don’t tell us”

We had Helen, Bee, and Max. Excellent technicians and they all did a wonderful job. Since Signature Nails by Target is temporarily closed, if you're looking for a new salon, this place is amazing! Call and book an appointment because they get busy.

Hands-down, the best nail place in New Braunfels! Everyone there is incredibly friendly, it is very clean, and the nail technicians take their time and do a very thorough job! Kim did my pedicure, Max, my manicure, and Helen did my daughter’s nails! I could not recommend them enough, and will definitely be back for another great experience because as we all know, a good nail place is soooo hard to find! Highly recommend Lotus River Day Spa!

I'm very impressed with this place. I'm very new to waxing, and I wasn't that sure about this place with experts in nails, not wax. But my eyebrows look so perfect, and the worker is very sweet with my 4-year-old sister. I will definitely come here again!

Amazing! Amazing experience! The nicest people. I have been getting mani’s amd pedi’s every two weeks for years. Since moving here in July I have looked all over the area for someone who can care about my nails and the experience. This place one million times over. She talked to me about my nails. What I wanted. And cares!!! I will be back over and over again and recommend it wholeheartedly!Do this for yourself and share this with other fellow ladies! Happy Holidays! ❤️
