“Always has a great selection in stock, fair prices, phone number system for rewards (500 points = $15 in store credit) Bailey is awesome and helpful. Larger competitors may be cheaper but worth the friendliness of staff and occasional tastings of different bourbons.”
“I love the specs on I 35 north at New Braunfels! So customer oriented and friendly unlike the specs at Creekside and New Braunfels. Went to the Creekside specs today and they did not have what I wanted so I asked the girl at the checkout counter if she could check in the back. Her excuse to not go check was there was only two of us at the register, it was 10 AM and it was me and one other person in the store, and when she finally went back to check for what I needed, she said she was too short to reach it.35 north behind the Walmart is absolutely amazing and the best customer service ever! Especially Mathew who’s been there forever, and I can say there’s not a high turnover rate at all which speaks a lot for management I will keep going to behind Walmart on I 35 North Frontage Rd. new Braunfels, thank you Mathew!”

- almost always fully stocked
- friendly staff
- better selection
- super clean
- staff seems happy to be there
Only issue I've ever had was being ignores by a girl at the register who was more into her phone than work.
( Welcomed me into the store by it never looked up from her phone and than ignored me at checkout until I spoke up but still was on her phone while checking me out)
This was a few months ago and since then haven't really seen her again.”
