Comal Truck Gear installed a new pickup bed liner. All looked fine. The next morning, I noticed that a screw had come off the tail gate liner. I called Bow and he said "It was not his problem. Call the Dealer where I purchased the truck." I had also asked for a price on a front grille. However, I will not go back there. If a screw or something else comes off. I don't want that to cause a crash or a crash with a death.

These guys run a great shop. Fast service at a great price. I had them install a bed cover and running boards on my pickup. I highly recommend them. This is what American, locally owned business is all about. Way to go Bo and your team!!!

This place is awesome. They helped me pick out a set of side step rails for my new truck, set an appointment, started early and finished early. Comal exceeded my expectations. Lower price than I thought it might be and I will be back in January to get a bed cover. Thanks to Bo and the great install guys!

This place was nothing short of amazing. Bo in sales was beyond helpful and so knowledgeable. My truck lift looks absolutely amazing. I had purchased a pre-owned truck in which my upper and lower control arms were rusted. I had no idea until Bo reached out. He then proceeded to go the extra mile and pick up new parts and install them on my truck.To find a place affordable with this level of service is so rare.Thank you again for everything! 10 stars!

I had no prior relationship with Comal and was in need of some outside the box truck help. I called with a request that most shops would immediately deny but Matt and Bo spent an hour or more helping me without reservation. In the days of strict corporate protocols, staff shortages, and shops that plain don't care about customers spending less than 10k; Comal bucks the trend.I have patronized many offroad shops over the years but never have I experienced the kind of customer service that Comal provides. They truly went above and beyond for me.

I took my Ram to these guys to have it leveled, once the parts came in they had it done in a few hours. Truck looks great and drives the exact same. Everyone was cool and I didn’t feel like I was being jerked around. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or waste my time. They’ve earned my future business. Thanks again.

Had my truck ready same day. Recently purchased the truck with some significant paint blemishes in the bed. Looks so much better with the liner and it held up nicely after hauling a motorcycle around. Highly recommend these guys. Very friendly and no hustle upsell attempts. Just a straightforward presentation of my options and a fair price.

I called to see if they could repair a truck motorized bed cover. I borrowed the truck from my son and my husband broke the bed cover.Bo said he would look at it to see if he could repair it. He spent 40 minutes repairing the bed cover even though we are from another town and did not purchase it from his business.He fixed it. Then he refused payment!!I was surprised and very grateful for his kindness.I highly recommend Comal Truck Gear and Bo Permenter. I purchased some Weathertech Mats for my New Ford Bronco . It was refreshing that Trey took the time to go above and be on and install the mats in the Front ,back seat area, and the back storage area to make sure they fit properly. I plan on getting a leveling kit next for my Bronco and I know i will get it done here.
