The people that work here are amazing. I procrasted and waiting until the last minute to get my taxes complete and Liberty employee's came to my rescue and got them done fast and before the dead line. I am so greatful for all their help and professionalism. I will be going back next year for sure.

Melissa was great, she is quick, professional and was very helpful. The only thing I was unhappy with was the the out of pocket expense. Needless to say I'm still reeling from the sticker shock.

We have been using liberty tax new braunfels for years and have had Melissa do our taxes each time. She is the reason we choose liberty tax year after year. Very friendly and always knowledgeable about each tax season and the changes that occur each year. If you’re looking for somewhere you can trust to do your taxes right liberty tax is your place. Terrible! Felt very overcharged. They weren't efficient. They had our birthdates wrong. My wife had mine, and vice versa.Our paper work wasn't ready to pick up when they said it would be. We had to keep on them. They didn't get back to us.My daughter had to point out a $2,000 tax credit that she wasn't going to get if she didn't say anything.Sub par at best. We will not be going back there.
