I’ve lived at Lakeview villas for 3 years now, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing as of this last year due to management changes. Here are some of the issues we’ve encountered:
1. **Constant Noise:** The noise from our neighbors, especially the loud stomping, has been unbearable. It has disturbed our sleep and affected our daily lives, particularly our newborn who is frequently awakened.
2. **Safety Concerns:** The management has failed to address serious safety issues, including unleashed dogs. Our chihuahua was attacked by another dog on the property, and despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done to prevent it from happening again.
3. **Privacy Violations:** We recently caught our upstairs neighbors on the roof right next to our balcony. This not only violated our privacy but also raised significant safety concerns.
4. **Lack of Communication:** When a SWAT team responded to a hostage situation at the complex, the management didn’t notify residents, leaving us in the dark about a potentially dangerous situation. The tenant that help his girlfriend at gunpoint is still living on the property.
5. **Outrageous Water Bills:** We’ve been hit with water bills as high as $200, which is simply outrageous. When we approached management for help, they offered no assistance—yet they helped another tenant who had the exact same issue. This kind of inconsistency and unfair treatment is unacceptable.
6. **Poor Management:** The management's response to our concerns has been dismissive at best. Instead of resolving the issues, they suggested we move to another unit—at an additional cost to us. Despite providing evidence of the noise disturbances, no action has been taken to address the problem.
Overall, living here has been a frustrating and stressful experience. We’re actively seeking to terminate our lease early due to these ongoing issues. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Lakeview Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful and safe living environment!

Everything has been fairly good. Maintenance is a little slow but they end up fixing everything. It really has been a good experience. The biggest issue we've recently had is the rudeness of the office workers. We recently overheard them belittling residents and intentionally not returning calls and calling people names and other vulgar things just because they ask a question.

I was going to rent from them and signed a lease. Situations arose and I couldn’t move in. They told me I would have to pay until they got it rented. Long story short I owed for 2 months of rent. I tried calling 6 times with no answer and no callback. They sent my bill to collections all because they were impossible to get a hold of. No one EVER answers the phone

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is extremely helpful, I talked to the property manager & she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very kind. 10/10 would recommend the property and staff!

The staff are amazing, the maintenence of the property is great, and the amenities included (e.g., 24-hour gym) really help when you don't have time to go out. I love being so close to the lake and waking up to birds chirping. Really great experience so far

We moved into Lakeview Villas last August and our experience has been fantastic. The feeling of community is in stark contrast to any other apartment community we have lived in. The team is friendly and helpful, from the front office to the maintenance crew. They are expedient in answering requests for help, and always go above and beyond to ensure that tenants are well cared for. There are numerous community events and opportunities to engage with neighbors. The property is maintained on an ongoing basis and improvements are regularly made, such as painting the entire exterior. The exterior is clean and the amenities such as the pool and gym are in great condition.
There is a Facebook group where residents can ask questions, raise concerns and get to know each other. The resident portal makes it easy to remit payment, request repairs, and stay aware of anything going on in the community.
Recently, a new team member joined the maintenance crew and he has been so friendly and helpful. Nick has been an excellent addition to the team. He is a hard worker and super helpful to us as a neighbor as well. We are fortunate to have him in our community. It speaks volumes about the standard of care that the property management team sets and the pride that each team member takes in their work.
We are so blessed to have found a place to live where we feel safe, cared about, and connected.

One of the few apartment complexes with a linen closet, and walk in closet separate from the bathroom. My only issue is, they place your packages in front of your door. I'm not comfortable with that. Mainly, because I order a lot online

Grounds keeper Nic is always on top of everything, meticulous about cleaning the pool! Responded quickly when I needed ants killed outside my patio! He is always pleasant and smiling!
