Went to try to get In Store credit on some of the items my wife got for me that didn’t fit. They tell me it was denied and that I need to call the 1-800 number on the receipt and that there was nothing they could do. So I walk out and call the number and she told me it was denied because we needed to show a valid ID but the people inside didn’t ask for it and said they had no clue. I was able to swap my shorts out for another size but not my shirt. They gave us a receipt that showed we only spent 38 dollars but our card was charged 93 dollars. The lady on the phone didn’t have any answers. So now I’m stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit and shorts that I hope fit because I couldn’t get any in store credit. It feels like a scam. I wouldn’t go here again or make sure to try everything on because they will deny your return and not give you any answers as to why. Just feels really sketchy.

Need better set up on cashier s , only have one side of store setup ,so makes a quick in and out impossible I end up leaving items I wanted bc I don’t have time to stand in long line or walk back across half the store just to pay ,otherwise having the Sephora is awesome,and they are a neat and well stocked store ,prices a little steep , but clean and orderly and staff are helpful and friendly !

Getting harder to find big and tall clothes. They had them. Most of the other stores no longer carry pants bigger than a size 42 waist now.

This place blew me away. Had name brands and a massive Sephora located inside. Got swim trunks for the river and lakes and some nice shades to complete the look. Had a discount at the register to save me 15% which was a nice gesture from the clerk.

I only come here to drop off Amazon returns. But the staff is always courteous, the store is clean and quiet every time I've been in.

So I had great help from a young lady in the accessories department. She was more than willing to do price checks for me. As well as answer any questions I had. She was also very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the upcoming sale.
