Kohl's itself I don't personally don't like only go here for Amazon returns what I've seen by walking around is Overpriced clothes and never see a employee except at customer service and at checkout

I was one of the first customers this morning and it was a complete disaster. I'm not clear if they are understaffed, don't know what they are doing or if this is the standard of care nowadays but it was disappointing to say the least. None and I mean none of the display shelves in women's were put together or orderly. Clothes were just thrown everywhere. Unfolded and not organized. It was not inviting or welcoming. I'd love for Kohl's to be my go to. I like the products and the staff are great but who wants to shop in a place that clearly doesn't care.

Literally the slowest checkout process I’ve ever experienced, every single time I’m here. The lack of any bit of urgency and the snail paced, ancient technology these cashiers have to deal with is insane.
Amazon returns are wildly fast though, so if that’s all you need to do here, you’ll be fine. I’d recommend avoiding shopping here all together, specifically just to bypass the checkout.

Alean & Shaniaya were so friendly & helpful & took the extra time to look in the back room for the product. I called first to check the stock & Alean was great . I’ll always go Sephora instead of Ulta because of these ladies!!!

I just remember kohl's having a better selection back in the day.
Employees are nice here but the store seems kind of dark

I tried to get a cologne and the lady said it wasn’t in there I clearly saw the box there. Actually there were multiple of it. I also asked a lady if she had another cologne she spent 10 minutes to get the key she didn’t see it went in the back for another 15 minutes then finally came back out.
