Fit me in same day for new tires and install after buying a bike elsewhere with poor tires. The entire team was nothing but professional and courteous. Will be back!

Your not a Open Repair Order at Kent ,, Your a Rider and Jason the GM will go the Extra Mile for his Customers,hes Honest & knows his Inventory Well and even more so after the Sale. Call them for anything and ask For Him . Parts and Service Dept the Staff are Friendly,Helpful and Knowledgeable. The difference is that they want to Help U and Focused on your immediate needs not Rushing U too get to the Next Customer. I Have Found my Dealer of Choice & Hands Down the Best Experience from any Motorcycle Dealer Ive been too. Its highly recommended by me a Rider of over 45 Years all Enduro Big CC Single Cyl. First time having work done here. Had new tires put on my 2004 Fatboy this week, but was given my motorcycle back with 1 of 2 nuts responsible for holding the front wheel axle bracket being so loose that a few taps of my finger caused it to fall off and the other nut missing entirely. I'm assuming these were hand tightened only, and were not properly tightened to spec. This was not noticed until after it had been driven home. Very dangerous situation, glad nobody was hurt or worse.

I’m way overdue for a good review in this place. I’ve been taking my bike here for service the past 6 years. These guys have great service and do great work. I wouldn’t take my Valkyrie anywhere else.

Who does this anymore?I left the key to my VTX1300 motorcycle in the ON position so when I came out of the dentist office the battery was dead. The service department sent out a mechanic with tools and a jump start unit and unbolted the 4 seat bolts to start up my bike. Then I said how much and he said FREE adding they can't always be free but do try to help out the bike community when they can.

I have a 13 triumph street triple and Kent welcomed me with open arms and has helped me with that bike as well as all the others I’ve brought in nothing but A grade service??

Jason, wouldn’t even consider talking over a loan with me because he assumed my age and experience. I would never expect to walk into a dealer and be treated like some d*** kid. I have years of experience and know what I want. Horrible experience

Needed an O ring seal. They had the part. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I took my motorcycle there and talked to their service manager and I was really pleased with his availability and professionalism. The manager even fixed small things that I missed on my Honda making sure I was safe for a good ride

When l bought the bike, the guys there were super helpful. However, they failed to give me any receipt or owners manual. Isn't a huge deal. But whoever assembled / quality checked the bike didn't notice that there was 0lbs of air pressure in both tires. They're test riding it around with no air. Who knows that else they missed. The store manager Jason was very friendly before I paid them. But after they have my money he denies all wrongdoing by the shop and says they checked everything before the bike goes out. I guess my air just walked out of both my tires on the car ride home. I would recommend buying elsewhere

This place ****ed up my 2015 Honda Grom when installing a big bore kit. They tried covering it up by putting a piece of duct tape around the air filter that had oil spewing out of it. Had it in and out of the shop 4-5 times and each time they told me it was fine. They never owned up to their wrong doing. This place is bad news. Stay away.

What a great group of guys! They made my bike a priority when i told them i rode it as my daily. They 3 day expressed my tires and got them on asap. I will absolutely be using them in the future for all work i can't do myself.
