Dr. Kelly is an active listener, knowledgeable, reasonable in her treatment plans, and education is provided where needed. Definitely recommend Dr. Kelly as an excellent choice for health concerns. Dr. Kelly's Office staff are quick to triage calls and get appointments booked.

I definitely recommend Dr. Baugher and trust him to provide the best care for my husband and now little one as well. This was a new patient visit for her after turning 4 years old. Dr. Baugher was extremely attentive, patient, caring, asked her questions and gave her time to answer. What a wonderful concept to talk to the patient and not just over her. Children understand what is being said and feel much more connected to their doctor who will take the time to develop a relationship with them. Taking the time to talk, listen, and explain and distract at the perfect time. I wish I had a camera recording how wonderful our entire experience was with Dr. Baugher and the excellent job he and his coworker did administering her immunizations both at the same time. Absolutely no tears or screams, wow. Even our 4 year old was impressed, she was give 2 stickers for her good job and she actually took one sticker off its backing and gave it to Dr. Baugher to wear as she SAID "good job doctor".

Very Professional and Courteous staff. Dr.Ryan Smith is one of the best . Whole staff is excellent moving here from Texarkana , Tx made me feel at home.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this clinic and will not be coming back. My first visit, my appointment was at 3:15. I showed up at 3:15 and the front desk lady chewed me out because I was supposed to show up 15 minutes early to fill out a piece of paper that literally took me 30 seconds to fill out after she shoved it in my face and told me to FILL IT OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. They had already closed me out and canceled my appointment bu the time I came in, which is absurd, but managed to “squeeze me in.” On time. Not late. I sat in the waiting room forever and then the private room, unattended, for close to an hour and then some. No check ins on me at all. By the time the doctor came in it was 4:45. They closed at 5. I was literally only there for bloodwork and a check up and because they were so late, I had to come back the next morning for bloodwork. On top of that, the reason I was in was for anorexia. I was referred to Dr. Kelly on the basis that she was great with eating disorder patients. I had the opposite experience. She asked me at one point if I thought I’d think I still had an eating disorder if my lab results came back normal, which is not only a bizarre thing to ask, but extremely triggering to someone with an eating disorder. My second visit, I had an appointment at 9:30 and waited 30 minutes for her to come in Because someone else also had an appointment at 9:30. What? I’m definitely never coming back.

Dr. Kelly and her staff always make me feel comfortable. In the past I felt very judged when going to the doctor, but I've never felt that way at Keely Family Clinic. I moved away for 10 years and when I can back the first thing I checked was to see if I could go back to see Dr. Kelly.

Availability to get in is quick, time to wait in the office is usually 15 minutes or less to see the dr. Caring and concerned staff and providers.

They canceled my appointment because I got there at 8:17am. I work in San Antonio and took time off for nothing. They wasted my time because of 2 min. Not rescheduling. Not coming back.

I love Kelly Family Clinic. They are very responsive to my needs and will always squeeze me in for last minute visits. I always request Steven Baugher. He is so knowledgable and I feel completely at ease with him. Great staff, great clinic... great job Kelly Family Clinic!

Customer service is very good. Medical staff is top notch, precise and clear in explanation of health conditions. And i've never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes max in the reception area.

Dr Kelly is one of the most judgemental and ignorant human beings I have ever crossed paths with. Asked for her to refill a prescription that I have for years to treat insomnia. I had a few sleep studies along the way through the military and private practices, and turns out that this is just something that I have accepted over the years ( have past records reflecting this). The minute I told Dr Kelley that I was from Colorado, she proceeded to assume that I along with everyone else from Colorado uses marijuana. “ not sure what you’re use to in Colorado, but here you have to pass a drug test so that you aren’t using sleeping pills while on substances” we’re here words. No problem at all since I have never used the substance and hardly even drink, I stay in the gym and watch what I put in my body. She had me provide a urine sample which took about 1 minute. She comes in after and says “ sorry, but your urine is inconclusive, it’s below room temperature”. Not only did it not make sense, it’s worst excuse in the world to use. I knew the minute she heard that I was from Colorado and saw that I am tattooed from head to to that she places me in her “stereotype” box of what she though. Most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with someone who is suppose to be a primary care physician. Guess she forgot the word care in there. Not everyone from Colorado likes or partakes in marijuana consumption. You’re in the wrong line of work Dr Kelly… good luck at your people judging rallies!

This rating is not representing the PAs or doctors that practice there but more for the front office personnel. The front office department is very rude and considerate and lacks empathy. There is no structure or organization and how to treat patients and assist them with the plan of care. It would be a shame for clients and future clients to go elsewhere further needs due to bad customer service.

This is probably the first clinic that I've been to where the provider spent as much time as I needed to go over everything that I was having problems with. He addressed all my concerns and I never felt like I was being rushed. If your looking for a good quality family clinic, this is the one to choose guys.
