When we decided to look for a home in New Braunfels, and not knowing a realtor, we sought a reference on our church bulletin. The Kubenka’s were there and Jennifer treated us as her only client from the day we found our future home until….today and we have been here for 6 years! Every aspect of our purchase was personally and professionally handled, and done expeditiously so we could benefit from residency for homesteading. Not only did we close quickly, but Jennifer insured we would have the inspections, the cleaning and the protection policy that would all make our move troublefree. As we were new to the area, she gave us guidance om locating specialists to bring us comfortably home! We totally would recommend Ms Kubenka to anyone with a real estate need.

I moved to Texas recently. Jennifer was chosen by my daughter through our church bulletin. She was the biggest blessing to us. She patiently and diligently helped us through the process of purchasing a home. She was so thoughtful in helping us acquire particular features for people my age. We moved from out of state and Jennifer and team were outstanding to work with. She quickly got to know us and our situation and helped us in numerous ways.- She screened realtors for us where we were living and helped us move quick on selling our home. We had a great realtor and sold within 24 hours for well over asking price.- She worked with our tight timeline when we came to town for a visit and gave us a great experience searching for a new house.- We were able to search and get an offer accepted within the weekend (at asking price)!- She negotiated with the inspector, selling realtor, and a roofing company and got us a new roof before closing.- She worked with my parents to also find a house within close proximity to us (with similar success and efficiency).- She had great recommendations and connections throughout the process helping us navigate the many aspects of moving and buying.All of this...and we made a friend out of it too.
