Don’t waste your money here. Employee was so RUDE, and honestly wash wasn’t even good enough to be charging that price.
Even this reply is ridiculous. “Don’t remember you or your car” like what? Lol I didn’t even attach a picture of my car ?? hopefully y’all can improve the customer experience since this isn’t the first bad review about how people are treated here:)) Have a great day:))

My Toyota Tundra had not been washed for over a year. I took over to Jovan's and asked them to try and make it look the best they could. I patiently waited about an hour and a half watching Law & Order inside. When they were done they brought me out to see their work. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. The outside and inside were spotless and I believe they put a little wax on the paint, conditioned all the plastic elements on the outside and the interior was perfect. The kicker was that they cleaned the engine and the underneath of the truck.
I will definitely be returning when I am to lazy to wash it myself. They got this project since it had not been washed for over a year. My goal is to clean it a little more often myself and leave the difficult jobs to Jovan's. Thanks to the Jovan's Team.

Clean, no-hassle, hand wash. Pull up and they get it done. Right! No rush, attention to detail.Only place I will take my brand new C8.Step inside the friendly bar and have yourself a cold beer while you wait.Been twice. There WILL be a third. And beyond.Highly recommend!

Good place to get a quick wash and interior clean. They do a good job and are great if you’ve got a dually which won’t fit in most car washes. It’s a good quality hand wash and the attention to detail was decent. Thanks!

I have used Jovan's to detail and wax my car once a year. My parents have always gifted me a pre-paid ($150) gift certificate to use each year. However, my vehicle was totaled this year and they put an expiration date on the gift certificate itself which has since expired. I was unable to use it before then as I just recently got a new vehicle. They now refuse to honor the gift certificate which has already been paid for because it's beyond the expiration date. Despite having gift certificates, I even tip around $50 normally on top of that. This is not only bad business practice but also illegal under federal law. Federal law does contain restrictions on expiration dates. 15 USC 1693l-1(c) states that “[A] gift certificate, store gift card, or general-use prepaid card may contain an expiration date if the expiration date is not earlier than 5 years after the date on which the gift certificate was issued or the date on which card funds were last loaded to a store gift card or general-use prepaid card.” This means that they are required to honor the pre-paid gift certificate under federal law but are refusing to do so.UPDATE - I called and spoke with Juan directly. We had a conversation and he agreed to make it right and honor the pre-paid gift certificate.Services: Full body wash
