Lili was so helpful! I was short a few inches on a specific fabric and she tracked down a new bolt of fabric for me. I felt bad about asking her so many questions but she was patient and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience. I live in San Marcos but I’ll be making the trip out to this Joann’s again!

Thank you for your assistance with my complex return. I was so worried I had totally wasted my resources getting patterns in the wrong sizing, but you guys were so helpful and knowledgable about how/what I could do to exchange or return the patterns. Can’t thank you enough. I might have quit sewing today but I think I will persist :)

I went in for the Cyber Monday weekend sale and found later that several items I had picked up that were advertised as 60-70% off had been charged at full price. I don't hate what I bought, but still bummed about the situation.

Your website socks. I spent an hour trying to navigate on it, but it was slow and seldom gave what I clicked on. When I finally got a couple of items, the picture was so dark I couldn't make them out at all. Good luck, you need it. PS, I never give bad feedback, but made an exception this time.

Online hours say 9pm, they close at 7pm. Might want to rethink that. 7 people tried to walk up in the time I was parked here. It's a good store, but either chang your hours or online or stay open till 9:00 like normal. I drove all the way here from Canyon Lake to find the hours changed on the door.
