This location for some reason has a low score, I think these are maybe old reviews, maybe from a different administration (?). I've visited twice during the spring of 2024, and my experience has been both times very positive. My truck looks mint once I'm done, and I truly enjoy the fact that they have a touch free lane for me to use. Would 100% recommend.

Barely any soap compared to another touchless wash in town with basically the same setup. Drier SUCKS, even with a truck that has a ceramic coating.

Owners must be cheap and lazy and 4 stars is far fetched! Recently, the left stall hit my driver rearview mirror, barely had any soap. There is no number to report it. A second time, my son went and it didn’t do the wash he chose and again didn’t even have soap! I went a third time (you know, 3rd times a charm) and used the touch free right stall and there wasn’t any soap. It literally just sprayed my car with dirty water! Vacuums are mediocre. In these last 3 visits no soap! In all the visit I’ve had I don’t recommend this place at all and it definitely lost customers with these terrible last 3 visits.

I have always come here. And today it double charged my debit. There used to be a phone number to call and now it’s been taken down. Lost trust in business and a customer!!!

Went for a car wash. Purchased the $12 wash with a $20. only received $1 back. Machine said it couldn’t print a receipt and to see cashier. There’s no cashier here so I basically paid for a $19 car wash. There’s no number to contact so just beware of using this car wash. Owners probably did it on purpose so they make more money.

I bought the 10 wash package used it only twice because the touchless wash was always down every time I tried to wash my car. Pulled in today and saw the wash was finally working, tried to use the wash code on my receipt which doesn't expire until 7/16/23 but for some reason the code was not accepted. I should have 8 washes remaining and there is no customer service number to contact. I will not be using this was again.

Their debit card reader has a skimmer on it as of 03/10/23... we found out the hard way and have had to cancel the card and order a new one. Incident was reported to NBPD.

No phone number to call , the wash stop right in the middle of my truck, would not work again. It's got soap on the front half of my truck Can't get my money back. The person said a dullie would go through it. It's wide enough that's ture.

Just purchased the most expensive wash of $12. I didn't get the full wash with all the foams and sealants. Looked like just water spraying out. Please fix immediately
