Jerry and his garage are legit. I needed an alternator replaced the same day and he was able to get the part and get it done despite not getting the car until 1 pm. And all at a good price. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t say anything better about Jerrys Automotives. I called on a Sunday for an emergency repair on my catalytic converter. Jerry had closed an hour earlier but came back to the shop to help me out. Great prices for the repair and very kind and helpful staff. I’ll be returning for any future repairs!

Took my Toyota Highlander XLE to Jerry’s for a humming noise my car was making. Turns out the noise it was making was from the worn-out wheel bearings. Jerry took more time than needed just looking for the part because it was only compatible to Toyota factory parts. He personally drove to Toyota 15miles down the road to get the part only for one to be available so the other had to be picked up in San Antonio 30 miles in the opposite direction. Jerry was very communicative and patient during the process and got my car back and running in 2 full days!!! Thank you Jerry and Thank you to your team of professionals. I've only been there for fixing flat tires but they started on them immediately and only charged $15 each. It's been a couple of years and both have held up.

I will be a returning customer. Not only did they replace my cracked AC condenser that was diagnosed at another location. But they identified and replaced bad valves and seals and had me back on the road within an hr, and saved me roughly $400 in comparison to other location that didn't even find the bad seals or valves

Our daughters moved to San Antonio for college and needed their brakes changed. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure our daughters car was safe for her to drive. Very professional and done in a timely matter. He didn't over charge us and assured us that if our daughters need work on their cars that he would assist them. Highly recommend. My AC went out as soon as summer hit. Another place wanted to charge me $1000! At Jerry's, they took my car in, figured out what was wrong, and fixed it for only $150 before noon. Staff was informative and chill, not pushy at all.

I was quoted in Austin at a European auto shop that my very new-to-me used Volvo would need a complete new AC compressor and the works done to make it cooler for $3500. I bought the car and didn't pay that much more for it and had an inspection done at the time so was pretty upset to hear it. Jerry and his team were able to find the leak and fix it and my air has been COLD since to the tune of a much smaller receipt. Jerry is definitely the mechanic that you want to see in the New Braunfels area! My truck wouldn’t start after stopping at a gas station I was stranded and just moved into the area I had no one I knew that could help me. I started calling mechanic shops and no one said they could get me in for weeks but when I called Jerry he didn’t hesitate! He himself and another technician drove to where I was got my truck started had me follow them back to his shop to take a look at everything and didn’t charge me a dime! Very honest and helpful man!
