I wanted to leave a review for some fantastic employees. My husband and I were shopping in New Braunfels/Creekside location. We met Rob first, he was a delightfully adorable gentleman who was marketing your new Fiesta medal, he was polite and so helpful getting me some service. Then we met Emilee..she was a powerhouse. A mere month from delivering her gorgeous baby she was helping us AND managing customers AND phones! That said she sold me on a number of items and was such a classy individual. I pray she gets some help, but she was so impressive to behold (I should know as I have 20 years of management experience)!Please convey MY most sincere THANKS to these individuals for my delightful experience!

I will not be going to this location again. I dropped off a charm bracelet about 2 weeks ago and was only able to pick it up today, as I don't go to New Braunfels very often except for doctor appointments. I asked if they could add 2 more charms today (around 1 p.m.), and explained I won't be back until the end of May for my mom's doctor appt that is in New Braunfels. I live in La Vernia. The associate went to go ask about it, and she and the person she asked about getting it done were laughing. The associate came back, and she told me it would be ready after 5 today. I have bruised ribs and had a spinal injection today at 11 am (advised not to drive for 2 hours by the doctor as my daughter had to drive me), was in pain from my ribs, and needed to get home to take the pain medication makes me very groggy. I didn't feel the need to go into all of this information to get the charms added. It would have taken 2 minutes to do it. I wasn't asking to have it re-cleaned. I walked out ashamed that they were laughing at me and refused my request. I worked for James Avery for 8 years, was hired to work at this location as the original team when it first opened, and during my time there, we didn't treat customers like this......

James Avery always has high quality jewelry and an abundance of style selections. Any James Avery will fix your James Avery jewelry and clean your jewelry too, for the most part an ok turn around.The only complaint is they are short handed, IMO, especially for the Holiday Season.
