Worst dry cleaning/laundry experience in 50+ years. Took in dress shirts to be laundered and folded, no starch. Received them back on hangers and starched. Took in a formal dress shirt to be laundered and folded and received it back dry cleaned and on a hanger. The formal shirt has a label that specifically calls for NO DRY CLEANING, yet Jack Brown dry cleaned the shirt anyway. To boot, the formal shirt came back looking like someone had slept in it. DO NOT RECOMMEND using Jack Brown. Ended up taking the shirts to another laundry/dry cleaner to get the job done right.

First time I’ve ever used this cleaner, actually is the first time I’ve used any cleaner in new Braunfels since we’ve moved to here four years ago. They were fabulous I will be returning.
