We had the pleasure of working with Vee Moreno Horstmann to sell our home at a time when the market wasn't seller friendly. To say we were nervous in selling at the time is an understatement. But Vee looked us in the eye and said "Guys, I can sell your house" and she wasn't lying. Within 3 days of going on the market we got an offer above asking. Her and her team made the process so easy and pain free. We now recommend her to all our friends and family that are looking to sell and she's delivered every time.

When discussing over the phone, there was emphasis first on the CMA being the first step to be discussed. When we finally met the realtor, I had to bring up the CMA to discuss it because we found the realtor's recommended sale price looked ridiculously low. The discussion of the CMA was her reading from her phone in a casually fast manner, without showing us evidence. I asked her a few questions over the weekend since she was supposed to send me a contact info. Zero manners whatsoever, just send the contact info, and when I told her thank you, no response. I knew this person wasn't acting professionally and by the CMA discussion, I knew something was off. Due to this and other factors I decided to call off the plan to sell with Rebate Haus. The rep I contacted via email didn't respond or anything, even when communicating I had no interest of moving forward.Long story short, I was able to sell the house 45K over the Rebate Haus's realtor recommended price. I quickly caught on to the sale system of Rebate Haus. The will undersell the house to sell en masse in the quickest time possible. Either that, or I don't know where they're getting their market analysis from. The fact that there is a fixed approx 1% sell commission was one of the red flags, since we need to question what is the motivator for these realtors to sell at the highest price possible. Even with the reduced sell commission, you are going to make more money if you higher a realtor on your own. They will give you a real CMA of the housing market and discuss it in detail. And they will sell at the highest amount possible, working their way down to optimize sale price (if they are good)They seem to be a middle option between selling cash and selling with a real realty company. Thank god I didn't go with Rebate Haus.

Meredith, Chris, and their team did a great job! They made this process so easy for us and were very helpful in ever step of the way. We just closed on the sell of our house and look forward to closing on our new build with them in a couple of weeks. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Rebate Haus has gone above and beyond our expectations. We used them to sell our house(which was 300 miles away from their office in New Braunfels) Chris offered to help us with our sale after we had decided to use them for our new home. He joined the real estate board in Odessa, Tx just for our sale. We’re first time sellers and they’ve made the whole process easy for us, I feel like I talked to them every day. They always answered the phone or called right back. Words don’t do justice to the job that Rachael and Chris have done. The amount of work that they do at the cost is just unbelievable.
