I purchased a washer and dryer from the appliance department at the Home Depot store in New Bruanfels, TX on 11/27. Delivery was scheduled for 12/1. Delivery people reported that they left a note on the door. I was waiting on the front porch for the 4 hour wait period so the obviously did not leave a note on the door. Delivery was rescheduled for 12/8. Delivery people installed and tested the machines - the washer did not work so both washer and dryer were returned the same day. I was told that I would receive a refund within 2 - 3 business days. I called today 12/13 to find out why the refund was not credited to my card by now. Now they are telling me that it will take 7 - 10 business days - so Home Depot has had $1500 for 3 weeks and I will not actually get funds back until 12/18!! DO NOT SHOP APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT!!!

They had the hard to find torx sockets for newer vehicle bolts. Replacing the shocks on a 2013 dodge dart. E14 and e20 needed. Also salt bags needed for my water softener.

I purchased a stove. July 3. They delivered it. July 9. Put the plug on it. Aug 11 we hear 2 loud pops. Aug 12 no elec to it. Got home that night pulled out the stove looked behind it. The wires nuts everything was melted together. I called home depot can't take back a stove. I go up there on the 16th talked to an Assist Manager after waiting an hour. He told me that he had to file a claim with Home Depot insurance company. It is now Aug 31. I have been calling all round trying to get help. NOTHING. I talked to a third person through the insurance place and they will only refund a repair. I want my money back to purchase another range. If I have my way I will never by anything big from home depot again. They do not stand behind their customers. I'm getting back on the phone again today. Everyday.

Nicole in the appliance department has been WONDERFUL help. I had a problem with my Home Depot CC and she was on the phone for over an hour dealing with customer service. She had way more patience then me.

Order online a Milwaukee lawnmower that the website said they had few in stock and was going to pickup after work, next thing I knew I'm getting a refund with an out of stock message. So either they have no clue what inventory they have or they sold them out from under me. Tried to call them about it but they never answer. Poor customer service.

Waited for over 39 minutes to get one window blinds cut. All the workers saw me there waiting and offered no help. Then I ask one guy and all he said was no this isn't my department you need to ask one of the people over there. So I left the blind on a pallet which was being shrink wrap. I can't stand hourly workers.

I have been waiting 3 months for this store to fix a botched washer/dryer installation to no avail. The washer cannot be used because of drainage problems, and when confronted in the store, management called police and physically had me removed from the property…no way to treat a customer

No I dont recommend purchasing from this home depot. Mike Rieker is in my opinion, a crook. He is not managerial material by any means. He is sloppy, dressed, groomed and a very disrespectful attitude towards his customers. Training of his associates is poor enough to sell you the wrong product when you ask for the right product. Cost me a few thousand dollars and he says it's not his fault. He will not honor his staff's screw ups. He needs to push brooms, Flipping burgers would be too much for him.

We bought appliances today and were assisted by Home Depot Scott Trlica. So knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Some appliances are on backorder and he worked with us to find ones available and made sure it was good for our needs!

The service suck we stood there for 15 waiting for the guy to come and cut the wood for us. We watched him stand around not doing anything for him 10 of the 15 minutes after he was so eager to help the other guy. Was very disappointed with the services they need to do better. He walked by and didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there. So we left and as we were walking out they had a very nice older gentleman eager to help us but we had to get to work so we left disappointed in there service,

I am now receiving emails from Home Depot regarding my account, orders and credit card. I do not have an account, credit card nor orders from Home Depot. I have already wasted too much time on the phone and on line trying to talk to some one. It appears that 'The Home Depot" has set up a firewall to prevent annoying contacts from people without an account number or who won't give their Social Security Number. Always liked shopping at Home Depot but this is a bad business model.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for lumber for a home project. The wood saw used for cutting lumber has not been working. This wouldn't have been big deal, however the associate that we asked for assistance was especially rude/ dismissive of our requests (on two separate occasions). The first time he rushed us saying "make it quick", and acted like we were inconveniencing him. On the second occasion he was annoyed that we asked him for help and said he would call the associate in charge of lumber, but got on his walkie-talkie and continued to do what he was doing before- completely ignored us and inched away from us. Not okay! We will be back because this is the ONLY Home Depot in NB. I WILL find out this guy's name and report his shitty customer service. It's not our fault he looks like Kip from Napoleon Dynamite!
