I'm very disappointed in my New Braunfels Hobby Lobby where I spend alot of money. I have several boxes of unopened items which they still carry that I purchased several months ago for a project that was unsuccessful. I was hoping to return for store credit. I would likely have spent that credit today and then some. They refused as it had been over 90 days. I am now headed to Joanne's to buy the fabric I need. Mentioned that to the cashier and she said no problem they are bankrupt. I hope policy and attitude like that does not bankrupt HL.

The place is full of stuff that a crafter would need. It's waiting to get through the checkout line without grabbing one of the nearby books on display to begin reading, interesting.

I do not recommend visiting this store. The workers are rude, and they would rather stand in a circle and play with a massage gun to “relax at work” rather than actually working. Bad work ethic, and even worse hospitality!

In a world where customer service is lacking I always want to compliment great service. Last week I went into this location looking for very last minute graduation decorations. We looked all through the store and didn’t find any. I saw the Assistant Manager walking the floor and asked if she had any located in the store that I might have overlooked. I explained that my daughter had completed online high school, that her diploma came in the mail today and since she was not having a "traditional” graduation that we wanted to put together a little impromptu celebration.
The assistant manager explained that they had not put out the graduation items but that she would be glad to help! She went and got a tall ladder, climbed up and began to offer us all sorts or graduation decoration items. It would so much easier for her to just say, "We don't have those
items out yet" but she didn't. She went far above and beyond to make our daughter's celebration happen! Hats off to her and to Hobby Lobby for hiring such a great, customer centered employee!! I wish I had gotten her name!
