Hickman and Leckrone is the best accounting firm in the business as far as I’m concerned. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the only accounting office I recommend to friends and family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For years, Joe, Jim, Diane, Megan, Marty, Lauren and many other team members have worked tirelessly preparing the returns and educating their clients. Sorry guys, your Website has a great big "Contact US" button on the front page. Which leads us to a contact form that is fillable however, the submit button doesn't work. After calling your office, it seems the reason your form doesn't work is that YOU ARENT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS? Total waste of our time and a black eye for a 30+ year company who directly touts their "years of experience" and all that they offer. Ouch

Everyone has heard of customer loyalty… but I just can’t help myself with Hickman & Hickman! They’ve been preparing my Federal Income Tax Returns since 2006 when I owned a small business. It was nice to have a little “bonus” each Spring… but after I closed my food concession, my individual tax returns continued to please me. But, money can’t buy happiness. As professional as they all are… everyone feels like family! Marty, the Office Manager, is in my circle of close friends, and we only see each other twice a year! She makes me smile… but mostly she makes me laugh and feel good. Although Hickman & Hickman have been around quite a while… they have definitely kept up with the times! Their web site’s client portal makes communicating and sharing documents sooo convenient! And what’s super cool… is that they know what I need even before I know! The annual tax preparation checklist makes sure I have all the documents I need before submitting to Darlene, my accountant. I could go on and on… because Hickman & Hickman really are reliable, experienced, meticulous with attention to details, and represents me well with my money. The woman at this organization is very rude and downright insulting for no good reason. Politeness goes a lot further. Sure knows how to make someone feel small. I will certainly avoid this accounting firm. Luckily my accountants are the best in New Braunfels!

CAF Cocrete has been working with Hickman & Hickman for over twenty years. They helped set up our accounting operations and our working relationship has always been very enjoyable as well as professional ( but never "stuffy"). They have handled numerous things for us over the years and their performance is always stellar. They know what they're doing and I trust them completely.
