I was driving back to austin from schertz when my car start jumping. i was so lucky to be close to matt’s shop! he immediately saw me considering my situation and helped me with my problem. not once did i feel like he was trying to upsell me or was dishonest in any manner. he even showed me what the issue was so i could see for myself. he made me feel safe and helped. i may have to drive back down from austin any time i have car issues from here on out!

Within minutes after posting for an auto mechanic on Facebook, Matt responded right away with his business name and phone number. I reached out to him, told him the issue I was having with my truck told me to get it to his shop. After the truck sitting at a dealership for over two weeks, I had it towed to Matt shop and within hours he had a diagnosis and a plan to fix. The next day he called and told me it was ready. Matt very knowledgeable, and customer service was second to none. I definitely recommend his services to anyone needing any automotive work.

Called around other shops in New Braunfels and everyone was trying to charge me before I could even explain the issue. An O'Reilly employee recommended this shop. The gentleman who helped me was very experienced and most importantly, honest. This shop exhibits true southern hospitality.I HIGHLY recommend this shop.

My truck started having pretty significant performance issues a few months ago, so I did what you're doing now; started reading reviews and hoping I'd find the right person to help. I struck out twice before finding Matt at Hauschild Automotive. Two other shops changed out some parts and told me I was good to go, but the issues got worse. Third times a charm, I guess. Matt took the time to actually diagnose what was happening and walk me through what the repairs would consist of. He communicated with me throughout the process and my truck is now running great. If you're having any issues and stressed out about where to take it, just go to Hauschild. Matt is honest, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and will be bringing all of my vehicles here for any repair need in the future.

Little back story to my visit at Hauschild Automotive. I was in New Braunfels on business and my truck dashboard lit up like a Christmas Tree and then all my electrical parts and pieces in my truck stop working along with the A/C. So I called a dozen or so Automotive Repair Shops all of which told me there is at least a 2 week wait just to look at the truck. Well I needed to get back home to Houston. At this point it seemed like I was SOL. But I went to O'Reilly's to have them scan my computer, maybe that would show something. No luck their device showed all clear. I asked Steve at O'Reilly's if he had any recommendation's on where I could take the truck to and get checked out today so I can be on my way. Without hesitation he picked up his phone and called Matt at Hauschild Automotive, explained my situation and Matt said "come on". When I arrived to his shop Matt was very friendly and helpful. He was working on another customers brakes at the time but told me he would do whatever he could to get me fixed up. It took maybe an hour for him to diagnose the problem and correct, all while explaining everything he was doing. His shop is a gem, you do not see them like this anymore.
