I shopped at the New Braunfells harbor freight and it was great service. The checkout guy packed all my tools up in my bag at checkout and sent me on my way prepared with the tools I need. Best service ever!

Clean,organized/ with an unbelievable array of items all in one spot that you may need to fix ,clean , protect , or beautify anything from your vehicle , diy hobby , to full on job site needs , best stuff is the items you find randomly placed and never see anywhere else or for thier price ! Love this place and wish all stores were more like them!

Good Evening y’all, I would just like to point out a couple things. First, I wish I came to Harbor Freight sooner (I’m in Automotive Technician school); Secondly, the staff has to be the most respectful and most kind out of all that I came through, especially Edward. It’s like I have a second family whenever I am at the store, and they will assist you with literally anything you need. I cannot wait to come back here and get some more tools because I am going to need more ? stay strong y’all. Thank you all for helping me get my first and possibly my forever set of tools!
