This store has always been pretty nice and I've given it good reviews. Today I was there buying 380.00 in groceries and was treated like my business didnt matter. Went to check out and a cashier said he was open but had to do some cleaning. He instructed me to use the lane next to him and pointed exactly at the 15 item lane. I abliged and started unloading my groceries on the conveyor belt. The female cashier asked me why I was there and pointed to the sign, stated I had too many groceries. Looked at me like I was an idiot. I loaded them back in my cart and found another lane where I waited my turn and this cashier was very nice. This store obviously needs a new manager and some customer service training. They made me feel like I wasn't good enough to shop there. I spoke with a manager on the way out, she acted like my experience was no big deal. Next time I'll just leave my groceries in the cart at the checkout lane and take my money elsewhere. This store was messy, associates standing around doing nothing, shopping carts stacked in every cart bin in the lot, see pictures. I know HEB does not operate like this. The manager needs to take full accountability for destroying this store. I'm now hesitant about giving my hard earned money to this train wreck. This happened on a Tuesday at 1pm, not a weekend, not a rush hour. Heb associates need to remember that without customers, there is no store, no employment.

HEB continues to deliver a quality product line for most any taste. Prices continue sky rocketing and no end is expected any time soon. HEB is going above and beyond to offer affordable private label options. Loading the app is critical to enjoy savings across the board. Overall experiences are consistently high on my list.

To say I am upset is a bit of an understatement, this is my go to HEB. However today this is not the case I went in on Monday 5/6 to order a casket spray and a standing spray for my grandmothers funeral on Monday 5/13. I did first ask if this was going to be possible being the Mother’s Day weekend ahead. I was assured it would be and I would received a phone call from the expert to go over flower choices and any photos I may like to go off of. I hadn’t heard back but figured it was due to the Mother’s Day rush. Well I did receive my phone call and was told by the manager they could not make my arrangements. And to add insult to injury I was told it was my fault because they hadn’t heard from me!!!! I understand things happen we are all human but do not turn your mistake into my fault. I am at a loss for words and left scrambling to find someone to make this for my grandmas services. Thanks HEB for adding additional stress to an already stressful situation.

You expect MORE from H.E.B. and get it. OMGoodness, they have a new Brie w fig and jalapeño in a puff pastry that will addict your taste buds.
