Customer service is horrible they walk off when they don't handle customers well and have someone else jump in and he to drops phone leaves window so I drove off and called for a supervisor and he to doesn't acknowledge what his employees do just tells u they came 2 get me.. well customer service let the patient know just don't wall off.. I won't do business there always had a problem there.. but today I just left er don't feel good and still this treatment. I don't wanna deal with it so drove off.. need true customer service there not rude kids

Very rude and not helpfully. Spoke with Blanca who gave incorrect info and was very rude while trying to discuss what was needed to having prescriptions transferred

HEB on Walnut St, New Braunfels is always busy but they are very receptive to questions and quick to fill new prescriptions. If a doctor orders a new prescription that requires timely attention, they have it filled in 30-40 minutes. Since I live 25 minutes from there, it saves me a 2nd trip back to the store, and if you are really feeling bad, that is so important. Their employees are always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Yall should just get rid of your appointment system if you're still gonna have to wait hours to get in. Will never use HEB again for my shots and I'll go to Walgreens for my meds, poor way to set things up and disappoint customers. And we know ya'll don't care, cause ya'll don't respond to any reviews? Guess what, it's costing you customers!!

I could see how tiring it is to work in a pharmacy during flu seasons, I can see it in everybody’s eyes. However, Jorge, this young man is very professional. He is very well educated and respectful to all patients I see him help! Anytime that I have a problem I always come back and find this young man! He always fixes my issues, making me a happy patient! We need more young folks like Jorge!

Two thumbs down way down I would double check all your meds they get names and medication wrong and dosage incompetent and lack compassion. I was yelled at when I was trying to help the lady do her job sense Gravy and Storm gave no clue how to do their jobs. Sad how they treat people. Don't go here if your in a hurry or want the correct medication. 2 thumbs downs way down do yourself a favor go anywhere else on planet earth then this pharmacy!!!!!!! Their mistakes and carelessness might cause someone harm one day sick people stand for no value to human life.

Can't even call in a script from a physicians office. Transfers through a few automated buttons and hangs up. Literally cannot prescribe meds which is the whole point.

If you can use any other pharmacy, do yourself the favor and do so. The entire staff is aloof and uninterested in customer needs. I called in to ask about their Covid vaccine availability for children and the tech was in such a hurry to hang up on me they gave wrong information.Every experience with this pharmacy for my family has been a pain. They're slow, rude, and unknowledgeable.

If you want to pick up your prescription you’re better off using the drive thru. The people inside are lost and confused and very slow to take care of customers. Poor customer service

Pharmacy needs to get it's act together. Pharmacy closes at 9pm. So you pull up to their only 2 spots for curbside pick up, text your information to get a response that Pharmacy is closed BUT that is only curbside NOT the inside but your not offered that information. So you come back the next day when it tells you they open at 8. Text your information and respond with someone will be with you shortly... only to find out they dont.open till 9... this is suppose to be the new and improved HEB, you really need to better than that.

Just horrible. I waited 15 minutes to get someone to help me and when someone did help me I wanted to get a prescription transfer from Walmart because their Heb GoodRx price was so much better, I was there around 5:30 pm to get this prescription transfer. I called now 7:37pm to see if it was ready only to be told that when they called Walmart pharmacy they were closed already… it took this pharmacy over 30 minutes to call to transfer a prescription?!? I don’t see myself getting any prescriptions fill here… better off trying cvs or Walgreens. From the moment I got there to now it’s been by far the worse customer service I had with a pharmacy.

HEB pharmacy is great. Their helpful and friendly. Something's a little slow in the drive thru but I understand they are doing there job. So I'm not complaining at all. It's worth the wait. Thanks HEB pharmacy
