Always really pleased with the staff and policies at H-E-B pharmacy on 46. They take their time giving you information, help find the best prices for medication and are always extremely informative. Extra kudos to Robbie, Jason and Gina as they are always on top of things and informative. The best customer service.

No pharmacy is perfect. There are times when prescriptions take longer than we would like, but with their text notifications, I never go to the store and have to be told that my prescription is not ready yet. I love the way they will contact my doctor when my prescription has no more refills. This is one less phone call and hassle for me.I am a cash customer. At the counter, they will look to see who has the best coupon for my medication. Spoiler, it’s not always Good RX.As far as I’m concerned, the people behind the pharmacy counter work harder than any other employees at H-E-B. They deserve a little leeway for not being super charismatic when there’s a line and people are waiting.

Be careful when picking up prescriptions. I was given the wrong medication and when I realized I called to make sure. After realizing their mistake, the rude girl on the phone tells me it is MY fault for not checking (the meds that were given in a stapled bag) WOW!!Beware. They are dangerous

So, I called yesterday and moved my prescription from the Walnut store because getting in and out of the parking lot is crazy. I also had a curbside pickup this morning at the 46 store I drive up to wait for curbside and decide to call the pharmacy to make sure the prescription got transfered. I could see the pharmacy drive thru from where I was. There was two lines with one car in each line. I was immediately put on hold and she picked up. I got my curbside pick up and drove to the drive thru. The little girl there said the prescription hadn't been transfered. It would be 10 minutes. I told her I'd come back tomorrow. I didn't hang up the phone...still on hold, and drove away. The phone wasn't picked up for a total of 15 minutes. Again, I understand if it's crazy busy, but it was slow. No reason for the poor customer service.

The associates in the pharmacy are helpful and very helpful in answering questions regarding what's going on the pandemic. I requested some mask (N95)and gave me some. Besides I love be my HEB SUPERMARKET.

Called to have my prescription sent to me at 900 am said it would be here in 4 hrs called back at 200pm said the am deliveries were not picked up said it would be later never received them worst service ever people were very rude am changing stores
