GVTC needs to allow customers to have Fiber Internet is some of its areas near posts. Most people now use Internet Service to Work from Home & business. Cable is secondary. It almost feels there is a Chomping on profits instead of investment back into the business because there are no Other wired internet providers. Yet, they dare to be where Ma'Bell won't even touch with a 6ft pole. Customer Service does what it can.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Juan, who assisted me in setting up my Arlo Security camera. I had tried several times by myself with no luck. Juan stayed on the phone with me for over 52 minutes as we tried multiple combinations of steps until we got it right. He was courteous, professional, and extremely patient. He is the best and one part of what makes GVTC wonderful! Keep up the excellent work Juan, it doesn't go unnoticed!

I have mixed emotions. We've been GVTC internet customers for about ten years and are pleased with the consistent delivery of internet services.I wanted to enquire about the cost of TV services but there was nobody there except the receptionist. She could not help regarding plans and prices. All those people worked off-site.

Worst internet in canyon lake. Goes out everyday and takes hours to come back online. I’ve had 4 technicians come out and had 2 router replacements and charged us 100 dollars. This company is a complete scam don’t waste your time with GVTC. You’re better off using a hotspot. Worst internet provider on the market.

GVTC internet sucks, 300 Mbps of internet is what I pay for, GVTC sucks !!!173.6 is my down load speed my upload speed is 39.8 Mbps. I wish I could POS a screen shot of my speed test but GVTC won't let me.3024 Fallbrook Manor.GVTC sucks!!!

GVTC technician arrived on time, was informative about the process of getting everything thing back to normal. He was very courteous and polite during his time while doing his work.We haven't needed service much over the years, but when we do whoever comes out is wonderful.

Great personal help on an account editing problem. Many sites/apps don't allow for editing simple account info which can prevent electronic billing and a lot more. This app is one. The agent edited my a/c info and helped me get back on a course correction with a spam problem. No such luck with PEC. Thanks GVTC.
