If you would like an awful haircut then this is the place to go. One side of my hair is 2 in shorter than the other side. And there are several chunks that weren't even touched.
Just read one of the reviews that a lady got a really uneven undercut. My stylist didn't know what an undercut was. I should have walked out the door then but I gave her a chance and now I have a very uneven and weird haircut because she took way too much off on the underside. Left massive chunks of hair that we're not even cut. And she only did the undercut on the back side of my hair and not the sides. I would love to have it fixed but they tell me I have to go to the same salon to do that. So pissed off
And then I guarantee this review will be answered generically like all the other one star reviews.

I have always had a great experience with Great Clips. Suzi normally cuts my hair and makes me look respectful each time. She is funny and pleasant to talk with.
Stylist: Suzi is my stylist and is super. I will not let anyone else cut my hair. In fact, I usually call ahead to see if she is working that day. If not, I will just go another day.

I go here every couple of months since I like to let my hair grow out quite a bit. I'm usually always a walk-in so I dont mind the wait. I absolutely recommend Victoria! I've had my hair cut by other stylists there but Victoria is definitely the best! She's the only one I trust to cut my hair and it's always a great experience! She very attentive amd helpful, takes her time, and has great energy! The conversations are always fun and relaxing! She never has any problems telling me her opinions or thoughts to improve what I want or if I'm indecisive! Every haircut I've gotten with her has always come out exceptional! I always leave with a smile on my face and look forward to the next visit! :) Would recommend Victoria to anybody looking for a great haircut and experience, you won't be disappointed!

My haircuts with Victoria for the last year or so have been nothing short of perfect. She is wonderful and understands the customers' needs. Further,
she is interactive, patient and knowledgeable. Victoria will always be my "go to" hair-stylist for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

Last time we were there to get my granddaughters haircut,the beautician didn't do a very good job. The manager fixed it and she was very nice. The beautician didn't want to take any responsibility.
