I was recommend Glass Doctor from another company, Window Genie. Over the years, five of my double pane windows had developed mold inside of them. The initial consult visit consisted of an inspection of my existing windows, measurements taken & an immediate quote. That was followed up by a phone call to schedule the install. Install day came, and the estimated time to replace the five panes was around three hours. These guys had it done in less than ONE! I definitely recommend Glass Doctor!

We bought a house and 3 days after closing a hail storm hit and broke a window. I called around to a number of places and Glass Doctor said they could come out the same day to take a look. They arrived on time and gave me a quotes to fix a ~30 inch window. The quote was for close to $500. They wanted half up front and then the remaining half upon installation. I thought the price was quite high for a single small window, but the guy on site told me they would probably have it installed within 2 weeks which is a couple of weeks faster than some of the other quotes I had. So I decided to go with them. Fast forward 2 weeks and there has been no communication from Glass Doctor. I wait a couple more days then make the call. I am told it will be 2 more weeks as they are waiting on the glass from the manufacturer. 2 more weeks go by with no call. I call them again and they tell me they are still waiting on the glass. Finally get a call from them telling me the glass broke and it will be another month of waiting. They tell me I can cancel the order for a refund but I need to let them know by 5 pm that day...it's a Friday at 3:20 pm when they called me...I told them that it is ridiculous to call me and basically give me an hour and a half to find another glass replacement company when I have already been waiting on them for a month. I told them to keep the order in place and I will call around and if somebody can do it quicker I will call them at that time and cancel the order. They said they can't do that and they needed to know that day. So I took the next few days to call around and most glass companies told me it will be 3-4 weeks. I figured I have been waiting on these guys this long already I might as well stick with them. They called me back a few days later and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the order again....I told them to keep the order going and if I need to cancel it I will let them know.... I told them that I have been on their schedule for a month so they can be on my schedule now... They apparently did not like that as I received another phone call the next day from a gentleman (Don't remember his name) from their office. He was not the most cordial, but nonetheless, I explained to him the situation from my end and he could care less. He told me that under no circumstances would they refund me once they place that order a second time for the glass. Keep in mind that at this point they have been sitting on $250 that I gave them for 5 weeks... On a side note, there is no chance of them losing money as that glass does not cost them $250... Fast forward to today, which is July 2nd, and they finally arrived to install the glass. They get it installed and promptly ask for another $250. My wife asked (I was not able to be home at the time due to being at work) if they are going to give some sort of discount due to the long wait... And he promptly tells my wife that "we had our chance to cancel" and there will be no discount.
I would strongly recommend utilizing a different company. These guys lack professionalism all across the board. Timelines mean nothing to them, and neither does customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.

They showed up on time and had the old window out pretty quickly. When installing the the new one, it didn’t quite fit right and it cracked. They got a new one made and a couple of weeks later, got it installed perfectly. I’m satisfied with their service and would recommend using Glass Doctor of New Braunfels.

Excellent. They could remove the window from inside our home and took it to their truck to do the installation. No fuss no mess. If I ever again need window glass replaced will definitely use them.

Glass doctor did a great job of finding and replacing the windshield in my 1987.5 Merkur XR4Ti, with the correct tint for that year. Well done Matt!

I've called around to a few other glass repair shops, and they've either ignored my request for quotes or quoted me for way more than what Glass Doctor of NB was able to estimate. From scheduling, consultation, ordering of parts to installation, everything was super smooth and fairly quick!! The technician, Matt, was very professional and kind, and the job was done quickly. Lauren was also very communicative throughout the scheduling process. Would use services again if needed. Thank you!

Glass Doctor technicians installed two insulated glass panes to replace cracked windows. The work was accurately measured, and the replacement panes were installed professionally and quickly once they arrived from the glass vendor.

Big shoutout to the kind folks at Glass Doctor! They were great with communication during the whole process. I had a shattered double pane window in my upstairs bathroom. They came out assessed the damages, did measurements, and quoted me a great price. They ordered the new window, came out and installed it at a time that was flexible with my work schedule. They were very friendly, quick, and efficient with their work. I love the way my new privacy window looks! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! I have attached before and after photos. The installation was fast, efficient and inexpensive, at least I thought the two glass windows that were replaced were inexpensive to replace. Apparently, the installers are so practiced at doing this that the installation was over before I had time to realize it was over. With respect to one of the two windows, they installed it while my back was turned. I didn't even know they had finished. I guess if you do this all day, you get good at doing it.
