“What an excellent experience buying a mattress. We were knew which one we wanted, but Sam, the manager, showed us other ones, explaining the differences. He is charming, personable, informative, and not at all a “salesman“. He assured us we had a four months’ price guarantee, which meant we could buy the mattress we wanted without waiting for a sale price. I was able to find a coupon, and he patiently waited for me to fill out the form and receive the coupon. Delivery was as soon as 2 days! Hoping the delivery goes as well.”

I called and visited New Braunfels Mattress hoping to stand by that belief, but was not sure they could meet the price or the return and satisfaction guarantee policies that the bigger stores offered. I was wrong. They not only met those policies and price, but exceeded my expectations on selection, deals and customer service. I will only buy from New Braunfels Mattress going forward!”

“I live in Wimberley but I was in New Braunfels picking up a daybed I found on Marketplace . I found out I would need a couple of mattresses so I stopped be Family Mattress & Furniture there in New Braunfels. Theresa there was really nice and helpful. While I was there, I picked up a queen mattress as well. It was just too comfortable to pass up. Theresa help me lift it on top of my SUV for the trip back to Wimberley. Besides mattresses, they sell bed frames, room dividers, sheets and TV stands. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. The sign says she'll will meet you there on Sunday if need be. One probably needs to plan that ahead of time”
“Had a great experience here. I was looking for a custom gaming table for my DnD campaign. Everyone was easy to work with and turned my idea into a reality. The workmanship of the table is impressive, it's very sturdy and has a nice finish on it. We use it every week and it works perfectly. Will definitely come back when I need anything else!”

“Charming, delightful small town furniture store but with unlimited possibilities to customize the chair or sofa of your dreams! I didnt know these customizable options existed. I used to shop at Ashleys but never again. Why? This store offers personality for your home! Unique choices on display everywhere in this jewel that I found! Customer service was just right, helpful but not pushy. One drawback is the cost. You will pay probably twice as much as a generic furniture store but its worth it to have something that you will never regret adding to your home. Get ready for the compliments.”

“Our Sales person was awesome Chance Adam’s!! I needed to purchase a Queen size bed and Mattress! I saw the bed that I saw on the Ashley website and he began to provide the info in regards to the bed was happy with the info he provided because the picture didn’t will help. We proceed to check out a mattress ! Chance listened to my needs and showed me what’s was available.I decide to go to lunch with my daughter and think about what we had viewed and decide to purchase based on what Chance had communicated, and appreciate his help and happy with all tha transpired with this purchase! “As I was wandering the dessert section four men tried to rob me. Cayden and Kamton wasted no time and jumped into the skirmish. They fought off my attackers, conducted a citizens arrest and still helped me find a dessert for my family potluck. Using some strange mental math formula that the two invented to better serve guests they got the number of people attending my party, their weights, and their general appetites and used these metrics to land on these two desserts saying they would not only leave my guests satiated, but smiling. God bless these young men”
“Hope at the distribution center was awesome! There was a problem with paperwork at pick up. She went above and beyond to find a solution and assure me that it would get resolved. I was able to pick up furniture as planned and the warehouse workers were extremely helpful too!”
“Store is always clean, staff helpful, and majority of the time they have what we need in stock. Unfortunately we have done drive up orders now pretty regularly since 2020 and three times now they have given us bad milk. This most recent time they literally gave us milk that had an expiration date on it that was 3 days expired… needless to say we wont be returning for milk anymore.”
