I always read the reviews for the place I'm interested in checking out. They we're mostly OK. I also read a few about really bad service. I decided to go in on Thursday 05/16/2024. Upon entering the front door there were two young adult employees checking out a customer at the front counter. I was not acknowledged by them. I started looking at the full case of firearms. Still no one comes over or says anything. Then I see an older gentleman walk in all dresses up in the "Freddy's employee gold shirt". I'm thinking it is the owner. He says nothing to me. He goes behind the counter also and stands behind the other two employees. So now there are three employees with the one customer transaction at the register. I'm still looking in the case at firearms. I slowly start looking around at the rest of the items in the other cases and on the floor shelves for sale. I walk into the tool room. Still not a word from anyone asking if I could use some help.
I headed for the door and left. I'm not spending my cash in here. I'm very disappointed.

We've purchased 2 handguns from Freddy's Pawn at great prices. Great customer service - they are knowledgeable about their inventory and assist you in choosing the right weapon for your needs. I highly recommend them and would definitely return to purchase again.

Great customer service and great people. I was helped by Joseph over the phone, and he found a product I was looking for that I did not see on their site when the original one that I inquired about was already spoken for. He was very professional, attentive to my questions and made the process smooth and simple. I will continue and always be a customer to Freddy's Pawn because of this.

Pretty Decent Selection with good options to choose from. I shop here pretty regularly to buy items. They don't give you a whole lot of cash on loans but definitely worth the time to stop and check out! Support your Local Small Town Businesses!

Freddy's Pawn is great. Always something cool in stock and the only place I send firearms for a transfer. These guys are the most fairly priced and I've had nothing but pleasant experiences every time I've come to visit.
