I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Frank's after suffering some damage due to road debris. I could not be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

Franks Automotive has been so kind to me. George takes such good car of me and my Santa Fe. They have previously done work on my car and my daughter’s Tahoe. Came in to get a state inspection done as well as have their collision department look at a scratch I had on the vehicle. State inspection was done in a timely manner. When their collision department came out to inspect the scratch, they looked at it. Said hold on a moment and returned with a rag and some form of product and simply wiped the scratch away. Prior to having them look at it, I had tried every imaginable thing to get rid of it and thought I would have to have it repainted. They didn’t charge me anything. Great service all around and will be returning for future vehicle needs.

This is the third time I’ve taken my vehicle to Franks in NB for collision repair and I’ll do it again if needed but hopefully not anytime soon as I just got my car back. They always do a fantastic job and the staff is amazing!
