Frist commercial is the least customer oriented bank that I have ever dealt with. The bank staff members are not helpful. They nickle and dime you to death with fees that other banks do not charge. They do not accept responsibility when they make a mistake. They hold deposits, for business checks that have been deposited into your account for years, sometimes up to a week. If you are looking for a business account with a bank that's helpful, go somewhere else.

Great small town bank feel with all the modern banking technology I desire. I recently switched over my accounts from Wells Fargo to FCB. It is a nice change to see the same faces every time I walk in the bank. Plus they all remember my name! Also, on the business side, when I need a unique loan they make it very easy. The big banks have too much red tape for me. I am here to stay.

Horrible place to bank. Customer service is okay. Mobile deposit is absolutely a nightmare. No direction on how to deposit a check. My payroll check has a box to check off for mobile deposit so that was checked off. Did this on Thursday afternoon had to call Saturday and see why my check still wasn't deposited to find out that it was declined as I'm on the phone I get the notification it was declined for not writing fcu mobile deposit on the back!?!?! So when I go to resubmit it I'm then told funds wouldn't be available till Tues! That's the 1st incident. Second one was very similar but i did everything as directed this time but scince it was done Friday after 3 funds again wouldn't be available till Tues! Not Monday but Tues. Then this last time i do it Friday before 3 p.m. and come Sat. Morning my check is still not deposited and its not even showing up as pending so I call again and was told maybe because of heavy volume they didn't get to mine and will be processed Monday! Really!!! So I guess I'm just supposed to tell the people that are going to withdraw their payments that oh hey they couldn't get to it so yall have to wait! I even called to make sure that my money would be avalible so i dont get late charges from rac and my cell phone provider but never was i told that if the volume of mobile deposits was high that it may not make it in by sat. Will be closing this account as soon as they open in the morning! Not even worth the 1 star i gave but couldn't do a half. Good day!
