“Service is great but it will be awesome to have the new ATM like other locations where you can withdraw smaller bills. Instead of walking inside or waiting for the bank to open. Or if the bank is already close I need to drive to another location to get smaller bills”
“Cayla was warm and welcoming after I was treated poorly by one of your bankers at the counter who choose not to be kind when asked a simple question. I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly. However I wanted to give your store 5 stars because of people like Cayla. She is the reason I come back.”
