Not very helpful for a second time. First time claimed a product dose not exist that's carried at Home Depot. Second trip was for the smaller Delta hidden aerator tool. Was told they need to see a picture of a faucet even though I know what I'm looking for and the dimensions of it. No offer of assistance other than insisting needing to see a picture of faucet before they can help. Found a set of four hidden aerator keys at Lowe's.

Don’t trust the guys working there, they obviously aren’t as knowledgeable as they think they are. Convinced me I had the wrong part when my quick google searches told me what I needed.Bought their suggestion, it was wrong and I had to drive all the way back and get the correct one.

The staff at Ferguson New Braunfels, went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. They were able to get the parts in for me so a big plumbing problem could be repaired and prevent more damage. Thanks again to Gary and the team at Ferguson in New Braunfels.

placed an order for shower floor never received a call, days later my original delivery date I called and was told they had called me to set up a delivery time, I never received a phone call I have a caller ID and answering machine and no prove they called. I set up a second delivery and my item was extremely damaged of course I denied my delivery. I waited 7 hours for my delivery and waisted a whole day from work. My contracted is supposed to come tomorrow to finish and I have no shower floor. Very disappointed to see my item not packaged better so the delivery company would not mess it up. I will attempt to contact someone first thing in the morning.
