Welcome to FedEx on lifehaus where the only thing express about this location is how fast you notice they don’t care. I had a package sit here for over a week due to it needing to “clear customs” when I had already cleared it with customs weeks prior. This lady that works at this location in the mornings did absolutely NOTHING with my package other than mark it delayed every morning cause she just can’t seem to do her job. It amazes me how someone can be so incompetent yet continue to hold a job at a facility where they pay you to do a job.

Walked in an nobody was at the desk. I was first in line and within 2 or 3 minutes, while I waited for anyone to show up, 4 or 5 more customers came in.
I could see an employee doing something on their phone through he glass in the door, but it took that person several minutes to come out. No apology for the wait, and they were helpful enough, but I also felt like an interruption dropping off my package.

Don't waste your time + gas like me. waited about 10 minutes in an empty lobby for nobody to even come out to help me. employees could be heard laughing to one another in the backroom and occasionally peering through their window to look at me but never actually spoke to anyone. Complete lack of urgency on part of the staff.
Go to the 280 N. Business 35 FedEx. They were fast, valued my time, and most importantly actually helped me ship my package. Do yourself a favor and don't bother coming to this location.

If I could give this stupid company negative stars I would. I had expressed delivery to my house at a specific time and the stupid driver came four hours before my delivery time which I wasn't home. I tried to pick up from the facility. They did not allow me to ... then after speaking to their stupid customer service people can barely speak English .. they told me it would be held at the San Marcos location the following day .. and it wasn't there at the time or day I was told .. I have important documents that I needed and now because of their stupidity I won't have the important documents I need in time for my own deadline .. I don't recommend this for anyone if you're shipping something important .. they failed

Is it possible to actually speak with a person?
Fedex is the most incompetent business ever. Even if you go through all the prompts you can't speak to a person. Does nobody work there? We have sat home for 2 days waiting for a delivery that needs signature. After delivery time passes then they change to end of day. Then it never gets delivered. This company has lost my business. I guess they don't care if they are better than the other guy because for the most part shipping companies done value the consumers time. This should be a zero zero rating

It's incredibly disappointing when a service fails to deliver on its promises, especially after I paid for expedited shipping. FedEx's inability to fulfill my pre-authorized overnight delivery not only reflects poorly on their reliability but also on their customer service. This failure not only inconveniences me but also undermines my trust in their ability to handle time-sensitive shipments. It's unacceptable for a company of FedEx's stature to falter in such a fundamental aspect of their service, and it certainly warrants a reevaluation of their commitment to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, dealing with unhelpful customer service representatives like Michael at the office only adds to the frustration. Facing a delivery failure is bad enough, but when I reached out for assistance and encountered indifference or incompetence, it felt like insult to injury. Michael's lack of assistance compounded the already poor experience, leaving me feeling unsupported and disregarded as a customer. Adding to the ordeal, when I went in person to get the package myself, the driver wasn’t there when they closed, forcing me to leave empty-handed and further exacerbating the inconvenience and disappointment caused by FedEx's failures.

I just had great assistance from a lady named Terry. If I get the name wrong, my apologies but she lad a brace on her leg. There was an emotional attachment to the help I needed. She was amazing and added extra touch to the service. Thanks!

FedEx came late, didn’t even bother knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. The arrival time was suppose to be 1-3 and driver came after 6.. family and all was present down stairs.
He did not knock. Or ring the doorbell. He just left a note. This is the 2nd time this was done by this company as well.

I like how it is almost hidden, that way I don't have to deal with a huge line! In and out in 3 minutes!
