Had a package delivered with the box in rough shape. Item ended up being defective so I received a Return Label. I stopped by this location to mail the item back. Austin, the employee, said that the box was in too bad of shape but that they could repackage it for $12-$13 dollars. I wasn't going to pay to return a defective product that may have been damaged by Fedex in the first place. I will have to reach out to the seller to figure out what to do next. Waste of my time.

I just want to compliment the employee named Jules who works at the 280 N Business Ih 35 location in
New Braunfels, TX.
Our order was complicated and confusing and we took up a LOT of her time. She remained patient and helpful and never once made us feel like we were a pain (although we know that we were).

Awful location, FEDEX has gone waaaay done in quality and helpfulness. A ustin has a huge chip on his shoulders. Glad hes not a cop. Powertripin little man at a print center.

Just stopped in to ship some returns. Mark was very helpful and friendly. Parking was a mess due to other nearby businesses, but the friendly service was worth it!

Beware eBay small business owners. FedEx will more than double the weight and overcharge you on shipping labels. It's a scam. No way to disrupt or win. I packaged an item that weighed under 10 lb and printed a Rollo label from home. Dropped it off and got back charged on my eBay account because FedEx said that it weighed 30 lb.

Please update your hours on Google. I had a pickup and Google says your hours are until 8 pm but the store is completely closed at 7:30. Bummer, I could have been here earlier today for my pickup if I'd known. Now I have to come back to town tomorrow morning :(

Jules was SO helpful with my Christmas Carol booklets. She was working alone and had a line of people that she assisted very quickly. She was so kind and friendly to everyone even under the pressure of holiday busyness!

This review is long overdue. Idk how many projects I would never be able to pull off if this business wasn’t here in NB. They are always the final bit of intelligence I need at the end of a project when my mental capacity is tapped out! This morning, Jules was the only employee for the 9:00 rush. She was caring for every customer with efficiency and grace while also helping me with my project! She was able to produce exactly what I wanted, and she didn’t have to slow down to figure it out or make excuses. I walked out so very happy. Thank you so much Jules. You are a blessing today more than you know.

Cathy went out of her way to assist me in scanning docs to my email. I use a cane and can't stand long.She was patient and kind.I was so grateful and appreciative. You are truly lucky to have such an Angel representing Fed Ex.

had packages stolen had them insured they miss deliver the packages one of them was covered and they claims agent was very helpful communicated very well it was great but the second one still hasn't been paid they were delivered to the wrong house at the same time they were at the same time . but now on the second claim they are stonewalling me refusing to call me back refusing to send me emails refusing to tell me the name of that claims agent is handling it I've called them three times the past week to have stonewalled me and told me absolutely nothing about my claim I still know nothing about the second one The first one has already been paid kind of weird and definitely not a good way to do business especially when the insurance was paid for it and it was their fault it was lost definitely don't ship if you are expecting the insurance to cover you if anything happens because they will try everything in their power not to in fact the first three times I called them about both of them they actually had automatically rejected my claims I had to get them to reopen the cases three times not a good way to do business not a good look FedEx.
