FedEx blows goats! The local store was fine and efficient. But the company sucks! My next day package was two days late, and as I'm writing this it's still not delivered. Why would you advertise next day air when you can't deliver.You can't talk to any real person to get an answer on what's happening.I lost a client on behalf of there incompetence. Just like in CASTAWAY, the plane has gone down. You guys just plain suck! Never using you again!They're as bad as USPS and that's run by the Federal Government bunch of idiots.

Had a package sent and again it didn't arrive on the day it was promised. Fedex is really bad and not what it once was. They were the icon of performance and efficiency but they somehow lost their way. No wonder they are not as successful and profitable. Stocks down and they wonder why.

Eva was WONDERFUL! She knew exactly what specs were needed for a U.S. Passport Application. She handled the camera well and made me look like Sharon Stone. I'm kidding. Helen Mirren. Fabulous. If you need a passport photo, ask for Eva. Seriously.

Paid for overnight delivery. After the 2nd day the driver stated "delivery attempted" when there was no attempt. We are an open business.

Did not receive my package from the Dept of State and was told there was a "New" driver who was helping out and didn't have the gate code for my condo complex. The driver was in Wimberley and would drop it off later. Terrible service from a terrible company. My visa package is now delayed.

On Feb 20, 2020, I received shipment notification of an order via FedEx. On Feb 24, 2020 they claim to have attempted delivery, left no notification, and made no attempt to call even though my number was on the label. Exact same thing happened the next day, Tuesday. On Wednesday at 3:04, it got a little more interesting. They claimed to have dropped on my package: Wednesday , 2/26/2020 8:27 pm NEW BRAUNFELS, TX At local FedEx facility 3:04 pm CANYON LAKE, TX DELIVERED Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized But, then this showed up: 8:27 pm NEW BRAUNFELS, TX At local FedEx facility I NEVER received notification of an attempted delivery. NEVER received a phone call about an attempted delivery despite my number being on the label. So, it was like, "we'll get the customer's hopes up that we're actually going to do our job and drop off her package, when in fact we just don't give a crap" Normally, whenever I get a package from FedEx and it's dropped off I always get a delivery email confirmation. But, I got SQUAT!!! And my package is now back at the shippers and I get to pay for it to be delivered AGAIN!!! But, this time it's coming to me by UPS who is NOT a franchise!!!!

Ordered a projector using FedEx overnight. Item was put on truck for delivery from Fedex New Bruanfrls. Driver never rang doorbell or knocked on door. Sat by my door for over 5 hours in the morning just to see a door tag on my door. Got a text message from FedEx stating I can pick up item at the New Braunfels location at 8 p.m., however FedEx customer service says they close at 7 pm. I have to wait another 24 hours for an item that I paid overnight shipping surcharge for. This is the worst experience I've had with FedEx in a long time. Dishonest drivers rushing during Christmas time and putting door tags on people's doors without actually waiting for the customer to answer. Avoid FedEx New Braunfels at all cost!
