Kelly is a very talented hairstylist. I have been coming to her for the last 4 years. Her work never ceases to amaze me. She suggested a new color this past time, and did an amazing haircut that suited well to my facial features changing my entire look. I absolutely love it! I highly recommend and suggest requesting her as your stylist.

Bay did a fantastic job cutting my hair the first time she did it so I went back and requested her again today. Once again, she did a great job. She gave me the style I requested and not all stylist do that! She was also fun to talk to. I am so thankful you have her in the New Braunfels location even if it is only once a week.
Requested style: Stacked in the back, longer in the front.

I have had 70 to 80 dollars haircuts at other establishments in New Braunfels (which I don't mind paying) and got a better cut AND color from Lollie than the other places. Thank you for hearing what I wanted and taking such good care of me. There was no wine or coffee, however; that's not why I go for a haircut. I go for the skill and

simply asked for blond highlights & to keep my hair the same length because I was trying to let my hair grow out, and micah with the pink hair completely ruined and burned my hair ! Cut a huge chunk Off and gave me her number I am still trying to reach out to her and she is just leaving me on read ! I wish I could post a picture of what the hell I got . my hair looks orange and red with a few WHITE spots that are crispy af ! I will never recommend her or the company ! also on the website for a balayage with highlights is starting at 44$ and I got charged 227 fuckin dollars ! I am super disappointed

Called at 3pm and was told to come in. It’s 4pm and you’re closed. Saw several people try to walk in and be confused that you were closed. Wrong business hours.

Lollie was so great with my 95 year old mom. We were in town for a family wedding and mom needed her hair fixed. I showed Lollie a picture of how my mom’s hairdresser does her hair. That’s exactly what Lollie made her look like. And a bonus, she is a sweetheart too!
