They are always honest w/ me concerning the wait time as sometimes to me that's important. Always courteous, friendly and very customer service conscious.
I use them regularly for both of our vehicles.
This time I was on a strict time schedule. Manager got me in & out so quickly . Great job.

The worst experience ever I was next to get my oil change for 40+ minutes seemed like no one knew what they were doing at all so after waiting almost an hour I just left do not recommend coming to this take 5 ever

I had a bad experience with Brain the manager at take 5. He was truly a hobknocker after I received some misinformation. He handled the situation with such unprofessional attitude,I was appalled. I will not be returning

My go to oil change place. Always great, enthusiastic service, they get after it and do not waste your time. They are very conscientious about recommending filters, add-ons, etc., and they are fair to everyone. Women, they won’t play Dave’s trying to upsell you things you do not need.

Well my copy of what was checked was a lot longer than what they actually did check. Had to ask for them to check air pressure in tires. They lost a sale by not checking windshield wipers. Otherwise I guess it was all good. I like that I didn't have to give my car over to them and have to wait in some room. Update: I went to get my inspection done in August and after waiting for almost half an hour and nothing being done on the truck in the bay, I went into there lobby, no one there either. Someone finally came out and by this time I was irritated by this shabby service. Someone came and finish doing the inspection on the truck while all his attention was on the next bay. As I sat and waited I also paid attention to the girl who had all the guys heads turned towards her. She filled the cars washer fluid with water and gave it 3 squirts of some blue stuff. What is that? When my car was up for it's inspection only half of it was done, maybe. My point being is guys lose there minds when they put females in the service area. I have seen this happen in 3 places now and the good place is no longer good. I will find somewhere else.

Terrible service, do not come here. waited over an hour for an inspection and there was nobody in front of me. The techs pulled in several cars for oil changes but completely ignored us, ended up having to leave without getting my inspection because I ran out of time.

Had an awesome experience here. Didn't even have to get out of the car. A young woman helped me, and it was refreshing to see a young woman doing oil changes. She took care of me, and got the job done.
